Chicken Sukka | ചിക്കൻ സുക്ക
Ingredients:
For dry roasting:
Ciinamon 1 ' piece
Clove 2
cardamon 1
Pepper corns 2 tsp
Cumin seeds 3/4 tsp
Fennel seeds 1tsp
Dry Chili 1
Kashmiri dry chilli 2
Coriander powder 2 tsp
Kchilli powder 3/4 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Onion 2 med
Shallots 1/4 slit
Ginger garlic 2 tsp
Green chili 1-2
Tomato 1
Salt 1tsp
Curry leaves few
Chicken 500g (small pieces with bone)
Curry leaves few
Coriander leaves few
