Tried this today. Mouth watering taste and aroma. Everyone in my family appreciated me for this wonderful recipe. We, Tamilians do not use Coconut oil much. But I used the same ingredients as you did. The result was awesome. Lots of love from Tamilnadu.

This is almost identical to how we in Sri Lanka and especially in Jaffna traditionally cook. Kerala and Sri Lanka have so much in common in terms of culture and so much more.
