  • No Equipment Needed, an intense abs workout. You can perform this workout anywhere and anytime. Bodyweight training hosts a plethora of benefits that will help create a better athlete. Stability, strength, power, mobility, spatial awareness, and conditioning are just a few of the benefits that bodyweight training can provide to you.
    Structure
    ------------------------------
    The workout lasts for 7 min and consists of 14 exercises with non rest between.
    Every exercise lasts for 30 seconds. This is a full-length workout so you can just follow it while you training.

    Exercise 2: SLOW CRUNCHES
    Exercise 3: HIPS RAISE
    Exercise 4: CRUNCHES + KNEE LIFT

    Exercise 7: ANKLE TOUCH
    Exercise 8: LEG RAISE TO CRUNCH
    Exercise 9: LEG RAISE LEFT/RIGHT
