Also, not everything has to be disclosed 😉 some things can remain sacred ❤. But I’m glad you saw positive differences!!
@@machiavellianseries5630 got caught in the turf playing in a soccer game. I managed to draw a foul, ref blew the whistle, as i slowed down, my foot got caught in the turf and my knee twisted. Was out for a couple months but thankfully nothing was torn as far as i was told. It’s been 3 years since then and occasionally it will pop. But other than that, it hasnt hindered my playing besides balance and stability.
