    Sir, I Am Very Thankful to and your channel.started doing all your exercises per day (full body, abs, leg, balance, drills, and Every these types of exercises) it was hard but I think that I should be fully prepared till I turn 15 that's why I do these everyday but I must say I am getting impressive results thanks a lot...god bless u and hope u reach 50M 1 day

    Doing this first and realized how horrible my balance n now I now which attributes to improve on especially being a false 9 we gets into tough tight situations

    🎉 Good for you!! I’m going to try this ! This is the first time I’ve heard of Tibetan Rights. I haven’t done a monthly challenge in a while although I do a hiit work out 3 times a week. Also, not everything has to be disclosed 😉 some things can remain sacred ❤. But I’m glad you saw positive differences!!

    This is something i really needed. My balance and stability have gone downhill since i injured my knee.

      Same. What did you do to your knee? I dislocated the bone, almost to tearing my ACL

      @@machiavellianseries5630 got caught in the turf playing in a soccer game. I managed to draw a foul, ref blew the whistle, as i slowed down, my foot got caught in the turf and my knee twisted. Was out for a couple months but thankfully nothing was torn as far as i was told.
      It’s been 3 years since then and occasionally it will pop. But other than that, it hasnt hindered my playing besides balance and stability.

      @@mohsinkhan338 mostly your core and leg strength. It’s important to have a strong core in football or any sport of that matter.

      nope, since it's a follow along. He does exactly as shown. However, you can take breaks as needed depending on your fitness and skill level. Hope this helps!

    1.Что такое RDL?
    2.Нужно ли делать разминку перед этой тренировкой?
    3.Сколько раз в неделю (или месяц) нужно выполнять эту тренировку?
    4.Можно ли совмещать эту тренировку с другими? Например, контроль мяча или работа с координационной лестницой? Если да, то лучше её делать до или после другой тренировки?
