    Definitely will need to improve my balance i always roll on the field trying to not fall when breaking the ball

      I have used this training for like two weeks and I have seen HUUGE improvement. I now have much stronger and balanced hamstrings which helps me a lot in games

      Without good balance, you’ll end up on many other players highlight reels for the wrong reasons lol. Like the person above said, it’s everything. That’s the case in most team sports, but especially in football
