My GPS phone holder consists of 4 large tie straps but then I'm not using it on a Bergman. My GPS phone consists of an old 5 inch phone with no cell service that uses the built in radio wave based GPS available in all smart phones by law. Yeah, I'm Cheap but it woks for me! LOL Thanks for the vid.
I agree about the bar but you mentioned it like 15 times! I kept waiting for you to show me how the phone holder was mounted. I want to know that and how to run the cable neatly to the 12 volt port in the glove box.
To mount the phone I did three black screws to match the plastic and then I just pulled the cover off and routed the wire underneath the plastics it's time consuming but it looks a thousand times better.
This video wasn't really to show you how to do things it was just explaining the best setup.
I have a ram ball reservoir cover on both sides. I have a Rokform on the left and a cup holder on the right. I keep them out of my view of the dash. I don't know what other people are doing but that works for me. I take the cup holder off if I'm not using it and sometimes mount my camera there. I never thought of using a folding cup holder but I might mount one just to try it out.
Just saying. A coup holder and all that rubbish what you guys are mounting has got not much to do with riding a bike. In Europe we laugh hard on guys like this...
@@zizusaid It depends on what you're doing. The Burgman is a tourer. On a tour bike I want comforts. On my FTR I don't have anything mounted. I've seen plenty of guys in Europe with shit all over their handlebars and goofy farkles on the bikes. People can do what they like with their bikes. Squids will always laugh and make their jokes but at least I'm doing what I want because it's how I want it. If I cared what other people thought I would have never bought a scooter in the first place. Here in the US scooters are looked down upon and most lemmings won't buy one because of the stigma. As for me I don't give a rats ass what people think.
Oh I like the Burgman and i ride all kind of extreme stuff... Just dont forget, squids need water too maybe in a cup holder ;) Enjoy your ride budy.
I'm sorry did you just call me a squid for having a cup holder? Did you ever think maybe I live in Florida and I have medical conditions and I require water to keep me from overheating getting dizzy and passing out while riding. Perhaps you should really think before you drop comments that make you look like a D-Bag... That's right man Some of us live in extremely hot States And when we wear full riding gear we get hot and need to cool off a little while riding. I take water pills so I constantly have to be drinking water or my liver will start having problems.

I’ve got reservoir mounts that seem to work just fine on my Executive. To each his own, but I can not bring myself to put a drill in my Tupperware. No.
Whatever floats your boat man. I permanently fixed things to my ride so I never have to look back at it again most likely it's gonna be there until I sell the scooter and even then I'll sell it with the scooter it is almost standard to have to have AGPS holder on your vehicle today so it's something I'm not removing ever again hence I don't care about the Tupperware. Yes.

3 screws into the plastic on the top and then painted them black so they're not noticeable done
