If you’re in pain, here are a few of my favorite natural pain killers to help you get relief.
Benfotiamine:

• The Most Important Fat...

0:12 Prescription medication
0:38 The three categories of pain
1:15 About referral pain
4:02 Natural pain remedies
Today I want to cover my favorite natural pain killers. Over 635 billion dollars a year is spent on pain relief. People become addicted to prescription drugs, and there are a lot of side effects of prescription drugs. Really, I believe these drugs help you patch up the problem over and over instead of really fixing the root issues.
There are three categories of pain:
• Tissue damage
• Nerve damage
• Referral pain
*Referral pain is very common and often misunderstood. Many people have pain that’s being referred from another place in their body-primarily the digestive system.
Examples of conditions that may be referral pain:
• Chronic back pain
• Cancer pain
• Fibromyalgia
• Headaches
• Arthritis
• Post-surgery pain
• Rheumatoid arthritis
• Trauma pain
The best natural pain killers:
1. DMSO
2. Benfotiamine
3. Stinging nettle root
4. Vitamin D
5. Willow bark (salicylic acid)
6. Fish oil (cod liver oil)

Excellent Video clip! Sorry for butting in, I am interested in your thoughts. Have you tried - Lammywalness Wise Solving Guide (search on google)? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my GF after a lifetime of fighting got excellent results with it.

Ginger root. Grate about 1 tsp-1 tbsp and eat it daily. Very anti inflammatory. Replaced all our pain meds!
(We swallow it like a pill, with water. But you can also take it as a tea, in your food, etc. There is some evidence to support that heating/cooking ginger makes it more potent. )
Try Weed Born!
Thanks for tip
I had terrible pain in the vertebra and the tendons and muscles between my shoulderblades for over 20 years. And since 5 years sometimes pain in the liver, that's what I thought. Thanks to dr Berg I know it was the gallbladder or duct. I started Tudca bilesalt and all the pains have gone!!! Love from France!
Omega-3 definitely worked for me to fix my knee pain!
Curcumin is also good to reduce inflammation, therefore pain. Also Coenzima Q10, one of the best supplements.
Yes, I've also read good things about MSM and Alpha lipoic acid
Ginger root, pineapple juice, omega-3s. Yeah he forgot alot.
PEDRO CARVALHO also cayenne pepper. I small amount(1/8 - 1/4 tsp) on the tongue and swallow down with water. Headache gone in less than 5 minutes.
@@lauraritonya Yes, yes, good point! I love cayenne peper!
Someone mentioned the effect of black pepper, which increases the efficacy of curcumin, which is from turmeric, and fat soluble, so with turmeric, I always heat above 190° 200° F in oil (ghee) for a couple minutes.
Thank you Dr. Berg so much for this information! I feel so much better now than 2 years ago when my body was in a pre diabetic state. The peripheral neuropathy, gout, and sore joints pain is gone! I can never thank you enough to be able to enjoy my retirement years healthy, enjoyable and energetic! Feel like 55 but going on 71!
I think I'll continue to be treated with CBD. I just got CBD products from Weedborn and I feel much better now: D
Youre very lucky

My ex father-in-law was a Chiropractor, Nutritionist and Hypnotherapist. He told me that pain medications just covered up the problem they didn't solve the problem!
That's true... but often you still need it as you are dealing with 'the problem'. It's not meant to fix... it's meant to keep you more comfortable until the problem is fixed.
You are both right, I think if I didn't take two pain pills on Tuesday I wouldn't be able to go through the door ,my right foot was a mess, am going to try a couple of what the doctor suggested because I really don't like taking pills
Well of course they didn't solve the problem, it's medication!
My physical therapist and I tried dry needling and it gave me my life back! I highly recommend looking into dry needling, a take on acupuncture that eliminated my pain. It's completely gone and I have been sleeping all night instead of waking up in pain. No pills, just relief. Hope all you dealing with pain can have the relief I've felt these last 7 months ♥
Miss Daisy My experience with dry needling is the exact opposite. My physical therapist did one session on my left shoulder years ago and now my left shoulder is permanently swollen. I’ve read that some people can have very bad reactions to dry point needling
How long have you been doing acupuncture for?
Dr. Berg, you are the best. Your scientific simplicity in diagnosing the "source" (and not symptoms) of many ailments is 2nd to none. I am happy to have stumbled into your videos. Thank you for being a real (honest) doctor.
So true, I lost some good buddies due to pain killer addiction mixed with alcohol.
Thank you Dr Berg for recommending DMSO. I received some yesterday and applied to my painful back and hip. The pain is gone! I’m so grateful for your knowledge and research.
Some side effects of taking DMSO include skin reactions, dry skin, headache, dizziness, drowsiness, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, breathing problems, and allergic reactions. DMSO also causes a garlic-like taste and breath and body odor. DMSO concentrations of 0.50% and higher, however, resulted in stereocilia damage, hair cell swelling, and a dose-dependent loss of hair cells.
Number 1 expert on DMSO is Dr. Amandha Vollmer-"Healing with DMSO"
Control your breathing
Control your state

Great video as always,
- but may be an idea to mention the importance (and potential dangers when using DMSO.
Always maintain 100% Cleanliness and cleanliness again, -as it may also carry any "bad stuff" from your clothing, hands(nail polish) etc, into your bloodstream...
So plz do always use clean hands and dont polute the area, with other chemicals or stuff for the next 1/2 hour at least....
Of course, all IMHO 🙂
dr.berg you are amaaaazing my grandma has athritis and always asks why her feet and hands burn..i will get her benfatamine instead of pain killers
FYI: I wrote my response to before I watched Dr. Berg's video. B1 is Thiamine. Lol - He's on target 😊 The oral complex I suggested will actually heal the problem of the burning at the root though. Best of Health.
After child birth (my son just turned 3 in March) I had on going pelvic pain. Then during first lockdown I got severely ill and I was not the same after that illness.Convinced it was covid! Lots of internals done bloods done etc nothing coming up. Last September I started my own research just to reduce inflammation in general in the hopes something would help. It was chronic pelvic pain to the point I thought I can not go on like this. But then hip pain leg pain back pain literally everything headaches etc. I took & still take now pro & prebiotics, magnesium, vit d,vit c,zinc, selenium, turmeric more ginger & garlic in foods & im pretty dairy free anyway have been for years. I got bloods tested again but told the doc I been taking these supplements. She THEN checked for those levels (turns out they were not being checked) and they found magnesium to be lower side. This was after 3 months of taking supplements so you can imagine how low they must have been initially! This past month was the first month in 3.5 years I had next to no cramping / pain ❤️ Self sorted after being in pain so long. It is insane to me. Health is wealth & docs in the UK & they are not trained in vitamins & mineral deficiencies. Get invested in your health body and mind. Oh also did acupuncture & that helped I totally do much.
what form of magnesium and how many mg do youbtake daily?
@@abdulqureshi5851 Salam brother . Dr berg has videos on magnesium. Magnesium citrate is recommended by dr berg and is something I am using aswell along with his electrolyte powder. But d3 and k2
I just love the way Dr. Berg says Benfotiamine.
Pain killers is such a good topic! After being active for 50+ hours per week, knowing effective strategies to fix myself is awesome! This was really great information thanks Dr Eric 💪
Alcohol kills.
I agree with all he said about where the pain source is, I had to study myself to even realize my headaches were associated with food, stomach, kidneys and the liver and the intestines. Even low blood sugar will give u a left side migraine
I appreciate Dr Berg so much I try to always watch the ads. Even Mike Bloomberg ads! 😨😨 That's saying a lot !
Lavender oil works amazingly for muscle pain.
how to use lavender oil you should have mentioned.
I like to use Magnesium oil ....
I’ve lost 70 lbs doing keto since 2018! Thanks Dr. Berg! I tell everyone about you. You are a Saint! Mere words can’t express my gratitude!
Bravo!!!
Still amazes me how intelligent Dr berg is ❤
Thanks so much Dr Berg, for that top post gallbladder removal video tip! I tried it & it brought significant relief(My pain under right rib is almost constant!)I'd love to see more on living post gall bladder removal, especially in managing a keto or even just low carb diet. Most of the mefical establishment seems very cavalier & dismissive about the gallbladder & the immediate & extended impacts of removing it.
Dr. Berg, I have so much Respect, for You. I share your information, with Others, a lot. 🙏😷💜
Had bad headache. Was skeptical but took vitamin D with fish oil. Headache gone after a few minutes. I'm not sure if it's the placebo effect, but I'm just glad the headache is gone.
I guess there are a lot of things for pain and inflammation. NSAIDs and Tylenol are not cutting it for my carpal tunnel and osteoarthritis pain in my visibly swollen wrists and hands. The vitamin D helps a little. The cod liver oil doesn't help much. I went out today to buy DMSO and the Vitamin Shop never carried it, but I got the benfotiamine and also frankincense essential oil. I had already ordered curcumin for the inflammation. I think the frankincense helps a little. The verdict is still out on the benfotiamine. I will order the DMSO. I am putting everything together, as I am practically incapacitated, can barely lift a little china cup to my mouth, and Dr.s seem to be useless these days, except for Dr. Berg.
I was searching for Pain killers this morning and you just uploaded this video 😮 Magic? 🤔
Dr Berg the only doctor i listen too...May God continue to bless u and protect you and your family
Excited to find this. I got whacked on my head and neck by a falling board while doing some renovations - 4 sleepless nights brought me here - taking Ibuprofen and applying Aspercreme, seems like it should be healing faster but I refuse to see a doctor. I already consume lots of D, stinging nettle leaf, and Cod liver oil but I'll increase the D3 with oil and go shopping today for Benfotiamin. I wonder if a garlic poultice would be useful (sulfurophane)
I mix equal parts of DMSO gel, Aloe Vera gel and distilled water in a GLASS container. Shake it up and store in the fridge. Before use, shake the container again and apply in a very thin layer. I've given this to quite a few people who struggle with pain that nothing else helped, including prescription medication. I give them recipe. It's so simple AND effective.
how much distilled water? wished you had made a video and uploaded it....
There’s a great book on DMSO on Amazon called “ Healing with DMSO” by Amanda Vollmer
what about ms and fractured spine and celiac diease and being chedked for bowel cancer
Dr. Berg, you are my everyday morning news instead of the actual "news". Thank you!
Fresh Turmeric root and ginger root tea definitely saved me tonight from inflammation and pain.
Thank you Dr Berg
You're very welcome.
Dr. Eric Berg thank you so very much...you are my version of thee apostle Luke who was a physician...he never handed out PILLS...he taught...keep looking up!
A View From The Edge don’t think they had pills back then. Also his spiritual advice is probably a lot more helpful lol actually most of our pain and health issues are from sin. If you treat your spiritual wounds your health will get better as well if you pray
Great Video🌟Thank you Dr. Berg I'm going to try the first one and get the one for neuropathy for my son. God Bless You and Your Family Dr. Berg FOREVER AMEN🙇♀️✝️🙏
after my hernia surgery, they gave me opioids - two types. I took the stronger one for about a day, and realized that I was playing with fire. So, I threw those away. I took the smaller ones for a day, and still realized it was dangerous. I threw those away also. I hobbled around in pain for the next week, but I toughed it out.
As a medical professional, l can tell you sometimes pain medication is necessary to to break my the cycle. A large dose isn't necessary and it doesn't need to be taken on my a regular basis.
I sometime have headaches when I wake up, tention ones coming from the neck or shoulder to the back of the head, if not caught early and applied enough pressure in the right tender spot for a minute or two (I use tennis ball or I use small deodorant bottle with a round cap) it will grow into a full blown migrane. Was looking for a natural cure for that type of headache for a couple of years now cause I don't wanna use painkillers and I finally found it! It's a huge cup of strong coffee or tea, the sooner the better, or both if the first one does not kick in within a half hour. Caffein is a natural painkiller!
armancz
So true, coffee works for my migraine too. Or run a hot water in the palm of the hands.
armancz on High coffein levels withdrawal symptoms are headaches too
Mine makes me out on the couch
I tried that. I think mine is from an ectopic (pelvic) kidney, a car accident where I was sitting in back seat and was hit from behind yes ago and digestion issue plus stress. Working on it.
You might consider what kind of pillow you are sleeping with and whether it supports your neck to stay straight. When I sleep on the wrong pillow and my neck is crooked all night, I wake up with a headache too.
Can DMSO be used over the tummy for digestive inflammation?
Doctor, please consider making a clip on low dose naltrexone. Love and respect
LDN made my pain worse.
@@territodd6922 may I ask what you were taking it for? And how long? Also what dosage? Sorry that's alot. Thanks for sharing your experience with me!
Is not just chest pain, for those who have asthma like myself, i stop eating bananas (anything that related with bananas included) because it is the culprit that trigger asthma attack during my sleep. Since 2016 I stop eating bananas for 2-3 months and result is unbelievable. I can finally sleep like a baby without interruption.
Amandha Vollmer for all things DMSO. She’s got a book being released soon. Great source of information.
My story is way too long and I need to get ready for work, but for my tendonitis in my back/neck, Peppermint Essential Oil works even better than DMSO, and with DMSO, you will smell like garlic mixed with cabbage to other people, but won't notice it on yourself. It also burns the skin, full strength mint does not. I also have to do neck strengthening exercises. Also, for my body aches I need to follow a strict anti-candida diet and the only probiotic strain that makes me feel good is Saccaromyces Boullardi. The other 2 make it worse. I also take MSM 3 times a day, and Boswellia works fabulously!!
What about LABs? Do you have problems with LABs ?
How many mgs of MSM do you take a day?
I would love to know your daily routine and how much you take, etc. Thank you for sharing😊
1000 mg MSM 3 times a day.
Not sure what LABs are.
It is controversial, but at one time that I was nearly immobilized after a nasty fall, I gave kratom a try. It was AMAZING. I understand it can be habit forming, but I only used it for about a week and had no trouble just stopping and found it far more effective than norco, with no side effects and norco makes me ill.
Where can I get kratom? Is it a pill or a herb?
@@OrlenaGEstrada Herb. You can get it at most smoke shops, although there was an effort to make it illegal. It is much less expensive to buy it bulk online, just make sure you get a reputable source. An honestly, we stocked up way back when, they may have made it illegal by now, I am not sure.

TURMERIC and Ginger combination capsules
@Johnny Aingel. I buy capsules of Turmeric and ginger and Black pepper. The black pepper increases the activation. They have helped get rid of knee pain due to inflammation inside. Better than standard Curcumin - which comes from Turmeric. I often add a curcumin capsule as they are cheaper
Timely video. I'm dealing with a very painful case of tendonitis in my elbow/forearm and my Doc's recommendation was NSAIDS and PT. I'm on board with the PT but I'd rather not take the pills.
Vitamin D and astaxanthin helped me a lot. Dont forget Magnesium and k2 with d3 ;)

@@lindat9083due to adrenal fatigue all body hurt. Neck, back, hips, all joints etc. Before I took D3 I had to take magnesium (glycinate and citrat) for about 1 month. @@terrygrimes3332 Hey, Tfs! I have to check that out. Just yesterday, someone else had recommended (another natural) relief for the knees is to use crushed egg shells and vinegar …?
