If you’re in pain, here are a few of my favorite natural pain killers to help you get relief.
    Benfotiamine:
    • Benfotiamine: Why Ever...
    • The Most Important Fat...
    Timestamps
    0:12 Prescription medication
0:38 The three categories of pain
    1:15 About referral pain
    4:02 Natural pain remedies
Today I want to cover my favorite natural pain killers. Over 635 billion dollars a year is spent on pain relief. People become addicted to prescription drugs, and there are a lot of side effects of prescription drugs. Really, I believe these drugs help you patch up the problem over and over instead of really fixing the root issues.
There are three categories of pain:
    • Tissue damage
    • Nerve damage
    • Referral pain
*Referral pain is very common and often misunderstood. Many people have pain that’s being referred from another place in their body-primarily the digestive system.
Examples of conditions that may be referral pain:
    • Chronic back pain
    • Cancer pain
    • Fibromyalgia
    • Headaches
    • Arthritis
    • Post-surgery pain
    • Rheumatoid arthritis
    • Trauma pain
    The best natural pain killers:
    1. DMSO
    2. Benfotiamine
    3. Stinging nettle root
    4. Vitamin D
    5. Willow bark (salicylic acid)
    6. Fish oil (cod liver oil)

Ginger root. Grate about 1 tsp-1 tbsp and eat it daily. Very anti inflammatory. Replaced all our pain meds!
(We swallow it like a pill, with water. But you can also take it as a tea, in your food, etc. There is some evidence to support that heating/cooking ginger makes it more potent. )

Some side effects of taking DMSO include skin reactions, dry skin, headache, dizziness, drowsiness, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, breathing problems, and allergic reactions. DMSO also causes a garlic-like taste and breath and body odor. DMSO concentrations of 0.50% and higher, however, resulted in stereocilia damage, hair cell swelling, and a dose-dependent loss of hair cells.

Always maintain 100% Cleanliness and cleanliness again, -as it may also carry any "bad stuff" from your clothing, hands(nail polish) etc, into your bloodstream...
So plz do always use clean hands and dont polute the area, with other chemicals or stuff for the next 1/2 hour at least....

After child birth (my son just turned 3 in March) I had on going pelvic pain. Then during first lockdown I got severely ill and I was not the same after that illness.Convinced it was covid! Lots of internals done bloods done etc nothing coming up. Last September I started my own research just to reduce inflammation in general in the hopes something would help. It was chronic pelvic pain to the point I thought I can not go on like this. But then hip pain leg pain back pain literally everything headaches etc. I took & still take now pro & prebiotics, magnesium, vit d,vit c,zinc, selenium, turmeric more ginger & garlic in foods & im pretty dairy free anyway have been for years. I got bloods tested again but told the doc I been taking these supplements. She THEN checked for those levels (turns out they were not being checked) and they found magnesium to be lower side. This was after 3 months of taking supplements so you can imagine how low they must have been initially! This past month was the first month in 3.5 years I had next to no cramping / pain ❤️ Self sorted after being in pain so long. It is insane to me. Health is wealth & docs in the UK & they are not trained in vitamins & mineral deficiencies. Get invested in your health body and mind. Oh also did acupuncture & that helped I totally do much.

I guess there are a lot of things for pain and inflammation. NSAIDs and Tylenol are not cutting it for my carpal tunnel and osteoarthritis pain in my visibly swollen wrists and hands. The vitamin D helps a little. The cod liver oil doesn't help much. I went out today to buy DMSO and the Vitamin Shop never carried it, but I got the benfotiamine and also frankincense essential oil. I had already ordered curcumin for the inflammation. I think the frankincense helps a little. The verdict is still out on the benfotiamine. I will order the DMSO. I am putting everything together, as I am practically incapacitated, can barely lift a little china cup to my mouth, and Dr.s seem to be useless these days, except for Dr. Berg.

I sometime have headaches when I wake up, tention ones coming from the neck or shoulder to the back of the head, if not caught early and applied enough pressure in the right tender spot for a minute or two (I use tennis ball or I use small deodorant bottle with a round cap) it will grow into a full blown migrane. Was looking for a natural cure for that type of headache for a couple of years now cause I don't wanna use painkillers and I finally found it! My story is way too long and I need to get ready for work, but for my tendonitis in my back/neck, Peppermint Essential Oil works even better than DMSO, and with DMSO, you will smell like garlic mixed with cabbage to other people, but won't notice it on yourself. It also burns the skin, full strength mint does not. I also have to do neck strengthening exercises. Also, for my body aches I need to follow a strict anti-candida diet and the only probiotic strain that makes me feel good is Saccaromyces Boullardi. The other 2 make it worse. I also take MSM 3 times a day, and Boswellia works fabulously!!

It is controversial, but at one time that I was nearly immobilized after a nasty fall, I gave kratom a try. It was AMAZING. I understand it can be habit forming, but I only used it for about a week and had no trouble just stopping and found it far more effective than norco, with no side effects and norco makes me ill.
