How to make the best dinner rolls

We’re making dinner/yeast rolls, garlic jalapeño bread and cheesy breadsticks.
Recipe
2cups warm milk
6 cups warm water
3 TBL active fry yeast
1 1/2 sticks butter
3/4 C sugar
24 C white all purpose flour
Makes 6 loaves of bread
Or
128 dinner rolls

Your written recipe calls for All Purpose Flour. In your video you are measuring Bread Flour into the bowl. Which one should be used for this recipe? Thank you.

This video was a little bit chaotic for me. Too much going on without explanation. You seem like cool people so keep them coming but please explain what you are doing if possible. I got lost with the extra flour dumps, etc. The product looks amazing though! My brain just runs slower than your skill level. 😂
