    Many people took off right after they lost everything not giving a chance for everything to go slightly back to normal. Like many have said, i rather be homeless in my island than in a cold state like new york. Hopefully they are in a better situation now

    Es difícil la situación que estamos viendo pero en la isla hay más trabajo que nunca Y el tener que irse es una decisión muy personal y irse porque ya no tienes el mismo estilo de vida o las comodidades que tenían antes del huracán creo que no es la mejor decisión y es una muy apresurada y cuando llegan a usa Se creen que todo va a seguir igual y no es así como decimos en la isla !no es lo mismo decir allá viene el diablo que verlo venir! Esto es un evento que vino a cambiar todo tal cual lo conocemos hay que levantarse y mirar hacia delante y buscar alternativas sin tomar decisiones por desesperación

    There are other states that puerto ricans could move. Texas, Georgia, North Carolina, Oregon, Washington State. No more Florida or New York, these states are already saturated of puerto ricans. My two cents opinion.

    Its easy for those that leave make their fortune and return to speak of not leaving. What about those of us with bachelor's or masters degree's that can't find work. Plus the nepotism and corruption that impede the recovery of people like us. You have to no somebody, be related to somebody or pay to get a low paying unsecure job! Like a job aplication may cost $150 and there's no guarantee to even be interviewed.

      Geeky Gamer u right it does have the largest amount.. but other states like Florida, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts also have large numbers... also Georgia, North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, Ohio, Illinois, Texas also has growing numbers and are all cheaper than NY... NY is too expensive and FL is too hurricane prone, from Pennsylvania down to Georgia and everything in between is da best bet for Ricans
