I agree with her that the chin was the biggest difference. She looked pretty before, but it really elevated her appearance
Yes I also agree the chin was the icing on the cake 🎂 👍. Thanks for your comment!
She looks great, really natural and nothing over done. The chin did the trick ..
For sure! Thanks for your comment
Did you inject HA to the chin?
Yes I did. I used Voluma for her chin and I may have also used Restylane Defyne as well for her 3rd syringe.
This is the mostttt of the mostttt natural results i have ever saw in my life/on youtube/., thanks god in this crowd of plastic unnatural faces there is normal injector like you! Btw the girl is so beautiful and natural, bravo👏👏👏👏👏👏😊😊😊
Thank you so much for your comment! Please feel free to share this video with others 🤗
I think it's nice and very artistic but it's very high maintenance ... And if you have to top up every 6 months, in so many places in the face, you always expose yourself to results that can change and not be as satisfying... My opinion only
So nice to see the whole process! She looks amazing!!
Thank you Laura!
If you start Botox early…….you’ll never have deep wrinkles ……..or a big bank balance 😂
Well, that all depends on how much you make 😆. Thanks for your comment Julie 👍
@@NaturalInjector so true 👍

Just a spectacular outcome. The chin enhancement did make the biggest difference. I wish I didn't live on the East Coast or I'd come see ya!!
Thank you so much for your comment. I agree the chin made the biggest difference. 🤗
This was excellent. Thank you for sharing. I love your more conservative approach and attention to the whole face. It's all about balance. Excellent!
Thank you so much for your feedback I’m so glad you enjoyed the video. I’ll be making more like this in the future and sharing real patient stories.
That was an excellent video that shows real results and loved hearing from the actual patient about her experience. Ty for posting

My first botox was 27. I had the same 11s. 1st go I got a terrible migraine, but a few days later when it kicked in it was magical. It was worth another go. I just got it whenever I needed. I’m 37 now & still get carded occasionally (drinking age is 18 here but they have to check if you look under 25)
Thank you for sharing your story. Wow 18 is the drinking age. Curious, where do you reside?
Ugh sorry but no, im 36 and only started botox this year and have not one wrinkle. So 25 is premature in my opinion. A decade of wasted money getting Botox if i did start at 25 not to forget that your body builds up a tolerance to Botox. So you'll need more and more
Actually its the opposite of what you’re thinking you will usually need less so ughhh nope
@@NaturalInjector you're talking about the less you need after the first year of Botox because of the muscle atrophy. The long-term (decades) of Botox builds up immunity. Also the cost of starting early so I will stick to my opinion.
@@nicolerose7639 You have the right to your opinion but the building up immunity to Botox is the issue I have. Please feel free to back up what you are stating with studies that actually show that most people who start Botox young will eventually build up immunity. You can put them here in the comment section because I have been doing this for years and I know other providers who have been doing this for several years and immunity it’s not been an issue and it’s not something that I worry about. I have heard of maybe 2 ppl in my life saying they were immune out of the hundreds of thousands of people who get Botox. Furthermore the people who get a lot of units for medical use don’t really build up immunity let alone the lower dosages in cosmetic use. I’m not saying it can never happen but we are probably talking about less than 0.5% or even less than that.
What an amazing transformation! Her enhancements are so natural looking. Without seeing her before photos you would never know she had anything done. I am wondering...could you have just skipped the fillers and gone straight to Sculptra and had the same results? Or do you recommend both? I have only had Botox and I am very much wanting to get Sculptra for the natural looking outcome.
Thanks so much for your comment! Great question. Yes and No. I could not have skipped the filler to her lips or under eyes because you can’t use Sculptra to these areas. Also filler is better for chin enhancements because it’s a thick gel and adds structure to the skin. I could have skipped her nasolabial folds though and treated that area with Sculptra instead of filler.
I had filler done to my nasolabial lines a few times, spending a few thousands for it and done by a reputable cosmetic doctor, but it was a real waste of money. The filler is gone in a short few months and I am back to square one. Always look great right after treatment but always so temporary. That is why I am thinking of either PLLA or PCL products instead. Whereas for my lips, I just had a 0.75ml done and it has lasted me two years. It's time to top up a little bit. I also had under eye filler done and it was one of the best thing done to my face.
Phenomenal video, so comprehensive and educational
Thanks so much Alexa glad you enjoyed it! 👍
Do you use a vein detector on the temples since it’s a delicate area
Good question. It’s the artery, not so much the veins that are concerning with having a vascular occlusion. Vein finders show veins. This is why I currently only use Sculptra to filler the temples with. Check this video out 👉 ruclips.net/video/HWmz-5ltJuw/видео.htmlsi=cli7i2Ki49yG6XbE
Your videos are so thorough and clear. Are you also an educator?
Thanks so much Cleopatra. So glad you think so. A formal educator? - No
She looks fantastic, fresh but most importantly natural. Good job!
The results look amazing! Where did you inject to reduce nasolabial folds? Thanks a lot for your content❤
Thanks for your comment. Injected the NLF’s themselves with filler and also treated them with Scultpra, as well as Sculptra to other areas to help reduce them.
Hi! This is really interesting. I have an asymmetrical face, it's a bone thing, it's small but it does have an effect on me, do you have videos about this or things you could recommend me?
Sorry for my broken English, I'm working on it! Haha.
I think the chin was the best area of improvement. Not ANY need for the extras, but they are very fun... just be careful ❤ Thank god she's in very good hands 🙌
Thanks for your comment! For sure I think the chin was the biggest improvement. 🤗
Emily, I really want to do sculptra but I read this horrible article, where this woman destroyed her face. These aren't just "nodules" this is much worse and I believe an autoimmune reaction? Can you PLEASE remark on this? "Wormlike Growths Ruin Life of Cosmetic Surgery Patient"
Do you have the video? You never know if she got a black market Sculptra. I can’t tell you how many people hit me up online to order products thru them vs the actual sales rep. I have had no issues with patients and for the majority of people who do Sculptra there is no issues like what you are mentioning but if you have the video you can send the URL link here.
Ehat is a black market Sculptra?
@@gigigofr www.allure.com/story/illegal-facial-filler-buy-online-business
thank you for replacing! it's not a video it's a Google article. It's one of the first images for "sculptra gone wrong". but would you say that sounds like black market, not a normal side effect?
@@Mt-kd8gl ah ok. You can put the article url here in the comment section if you have it.
The way you dissect all the assessments you do to implement the treatment is what amazes me about you!!! I feel so frustrated when I go to my injector, and I am the only one directing what is going to be done. It is truly a lonely place to be in this journey. 😢
Thank you so much for your feedback! Do you mean directing what is going to be done as in you make the suggestions as to what you think will enhance your appearance?
@NaturalInjector Thank you for replying back ❤ Exactly, I am the one who comes with suggestions and what I would like to do next, but not just the goal. I have to come in with everything. The last time I was there, I had to tell her that next time, I want Volux XC on my jawline. She just said ok, didn't even get excited or offered suggestions. 😅 She was highly recommended and she is very sweet. The place has a great reputation and they have been in business for a long time. But if I come in and tell you, I'm serious about this, I have a budget of 6k to 8k a year to get injectables and facials done at your practice, let's plan and you don't react?! I have told her repeatedly and nothing. I had Botox for the first time at 49, and I'm 52 presently. Believe me, I have saved for this 😂😂😂😂 Top the fact that I discovered that Botox in my forehead keeps my tension headaches away. So every 4 months I'm there.
The level of frustration is so high that right now, I have been researching other places here in Las Vegas, but of course, I want to be extra careful. I don't want to jump around.
😂😂 sorry for the long venting session!
@@MarielGoldOfficial ah I see. You are the ideal patient for a lot of practitioners because you actually understand the value of investing in your face and making a beauty plan. Even if someone has enhanced their look, they will need to do things to maintain that look through the years because we all age, so it’s great that you understand that!
I wish I lived near your clinic
Amazing transformation - small changes that looks so natural and at the same time make so much difference!! Love it! Are morphea and vitiligo contraindications to these procedures?
Thanks for your comment! Vitiligo and Morphea no not to my knowledge but you would have to discuss that with the provider who is treating you as it will be at their discretion. Where is the morphea? Back?
@@NaturalInjector thank you very much for your response. My morphea mainly manifests in the lower abdominal area and on my back, but it also appears on my upper eyelid.
@@cd38plus I don’t think it should be an issue but of course you will have to discuss it with your provider.
Youre my fave injector on RUclips .. these results are natural & gorgeous .. i have a question about frown línes.. do u do filler in the frown lines of your patients? Askin cuz my doctor wont do it cuz of the blood vessel being there
Nice job! amazing results
Thanks Claudia!
Love this. I’m like her, work out a lot and low body fat. The left side of my face has less fat/tissue. I love my cheek/lip filler, but do you think sculptra would helpful? Can you do it where you’ve put filler?
Thank you for sharing your story! If you are like her w/ low body fat and you work out a lot I think Sculptra has advantages over filler. You won’t be able to use it in your lips though. You can use it where you put filler, just not on the same day/time. Watch this video to see why I fell in love with it 👉 ruclips.net/video/kfIXn-jo31Q/видео.htmlsi=zycUNmRjfVKJ1_sr
@@NaturalInjectorthanks so much for answering. I would like to maintain my results from cheek/under eye filler (I’ve only done it once 3 months ago). Is this a thing? After maybe a year can I start sculptra and maintain these benefits?
She looks amazing. All of the ladies in the area I live in look over done and I'm so worried to do any enhancements because of it. Her face looks naturally flawless. Well done!
Thank you so much Vanessa! Curious, where do you live?
@@NaturalInjector On the east coast - the tri state area.
@@Belloney10 oh ok. Well, you’re probably only recognizing the people who have overdone filler. They say natural looking work goes unrecognized. If you ever do decide to take the plunge my advice is to make sure your injector looks natural and their before and after results look natural looking.
What a great job you did with her face! My advice to this client is this: don't tan! Your face will age more quickly. The sun is the enemy of your skin.
LOVE when you drop a video. It's such a rare experience to watch someone on youtube talk about injectables and feel like I'm receiving expert advice from a trusted provider. You are obviously a master of your craft. Thank you for sharing with us!
Love the transformation ❤️ My wife (41) has recently lost quite a bit of weight (from 177lbs down to 137lbs). Unfortunately, this resulted in visible loss of facial volume and looser skin on her face (sad, heavy nasolabial folds) and a lot of loose skin under her jawline and chin. Do you think Sculptra could solve the issue or should we pursue a fat transfer? And finally, is there a chance the skin will, at least partially, "bounce back" on its own, with time? Would be sincerely grateful for a reply from a pro like you. Cheers
Thank you for sharing your wife’s story! Unfortunately I won’t be able to tell you my thoughts without seeing your wife’s face. I’ve done liquid facelifts on people who have lost volume to their face, quite a lot of weight loss too, 100 lbs. The good thing about the facial skin is it bounces back more than the skin on the body from losing weight. This video may be of help 👉 ruclips.net/video/SEKIIGH1y7Y/видео.htmlsi=LImw5XnzorTvzJyR
It depends on the severity of laxity. If extreme, maybe a face lift with fat transfer is the best option.
For non invasive cosmetic procedures look up: Dr. Steffani Kappel. For a surgical option, look up look up Dr. Amir Karam. They are both on RUclips and excellent providers.❤
@@NaturalInjector thank you so much 💗 Strangely, we didn't notice that much of skin sagging almost anywhere else on her body (mostly breast fat and then facial features became "sad" or "older looking" - I know, two of the least fortunate places to lose fat in). What would you say would be a reasonable ETA estimate for the (facial) skin to "bounce back"? Weeks? Months? Does it make sense to wait or seek aesthetics procedures sooner rather than later? Sorry to be a bother
@@whatonearthamito it’s hard to say without looking. Not sure if a certain amount of time is going to make the skin “bounce back.” When people who are overweight lose weight they can notice aging because the facial fat camouflaged facial aging if that makes sense, but I really can’t give advice without seeing the person.
@@NaturalInjector you're awesome. Thank you so much. I think that is exactly what happened (and it just jarred us). We'll look around for professional help (too bad we don't live in the states). ❤️
She should have just had her chin done. For the rest, it shows she had something done. Especially the nasolabial area and lips. You could also tell you had the same thing done. I get distracted by the way you talk, it's like you're not comfortable with the lip job you done to yourself. Still hoping for something more natural to be invented for nasolabial and lips.
I would love to hear your opinion on that plastic surgeon, Dr Kamar....who has an entire channel dedicated to telling people that 50 year olds and up are pretty much screwed if we cant afford a facelift. He is saying the only option after 50 is a facelift. He says fillers and botox cause permanent damage to the face and are completely unhelpful for people my age. He really has me depressed because i could never afford a facelift, especially his. Is he right?
She looks great, I appreciate you showing a video as opposed to just photos because I was very interested in seeing how the smile line filler looked in motion, and it was not good, it rarely is, and doesn't make anyone any younger or better. I dont think in the video she addresses that herself, she only refers to smile lines in the context of sculptra, but she had filler there too. Was that filler disdolved before doing sculptra? Shall I assume that she didn't like the filler in her smile lines? I can see how sculptra might be a great improvement for smile lines, and I may consider it myself but filler seems to never work out for most people
Can you address my comment on smile line filler?
Great questions and I was just talking with her about this. We did not dissolve her filler before doing Sculptra. The main reason I used filler the first time is because of a few reasons. One being we were doing a lip enhancement which can only be done with filler and so it made sense to treat her nasolabial folds as well with filler. 2, when someone has never had other injectables other than Botox, they may be better off seeing an instant result. I did suggest to her that Sculptra would be better long term because as we age, we age all over and I can treat multiple areas with Sculptra. I actually love correcting my smile lines with Sculptra, but I also use filler to the fine lines in the area of my smile lines, but I love the way Sculptra spreads and the fact that I don’t feel it, vs I can feel where my filler is. She also agreed that she also saw a better difference treating her smile lines w/ Sculptra vs Filler. As much as I love Sculptra, filler is great at correcting the superficial fine lines.
Is there a reason why you didn't start on sculptra to begin with, and later only filled her face with filler where she needed to avoid overfilling her face?
Such a great transformation. Nice job ❤
Thanks dear Carolina 💕
What a beautiful and natural transformation. Congrats to you both !!! Loved it
I went to several clinics asking for sculptra as I noticed I got some really light sagging in my cheek area. I always got rejected right away. I am 29 years old and have a round full face, but I have a normal body weight and work out. Wide check bones and still much volume in my face, but I am concerned because of the sagging. I also developed deeper dents above my smile lines as well. The doctors tell me I would look like a ballon if they injected more to my face. They suggested I could do an ulthera face lift, but I heard the user of that machine has to be super skilled as it really dangerous if used incorrectly. Does someone have suggestions what I can do which involves less risk and helps my face get back the thigtness that I lost? I might consider ulthera or Thermage when I am bit older, but it seems to be a bit overkill for me to do those treatments at my age.
Thank you for sharing your story. It’s difficult for me to advise without seeing you. I have also heard that devices like Ulthera and Thermage are very operator dependent. I’m more of a fan of injectables over tightening devices. I do offer virtual consults if that helps.
She looks beautiful! This is what botox and filler is meant to do! Getting my touch up tomorrow and I can’t wait! Very subtle changes make a lot of difference!

Hi Julie. No we do not
That Cost alot money 😒😔
She happily paid as the results are worth it to her.
She looks great
Thanks!
Still saving-up for Sculptra for my weak chin and sunk-in temples!
Hi Trina thanks for sharing your story. Sculptra is great for temples but it is not robust like filler so it’s not going to be able to project your chin in the same way that filler can. It can be helpful to rejuvenate the chin but if you need projection chin filler is likely best. Feel free to check out this video 👉ruclips.net/video/n6tPEJSaIHg/видео.htmlsi=RJyblJTkojuDJ_xS

@naturalinjector I am 46 years old. I plan to get Halo Laser treatment (hybrid laser with both ablative and nonablative) at the beginning of March. I also plan to get Sculptura for the first time. My original thought was to wait to start my Sculptura injections until 3 months post Halo. But I wanted to ask you...would I boost the results of either the HALO laser treatment or the Sculptura injections if I stack them closer together? Is it more effective to start Sculptura right after the HALO laser verse waiting a couple months?
I love the reduced angry expression, that's exactly what I need. Although I don't know if doctors in my country do that. I live in France. But that's exactly what I want.
Thanks for sharing. Do you mean you want to treat your 11’s? The glabella area?
Yes for the 11s :)
@@emmaphilo4049 ah yes. This is a very popular area to treat
I think the chin is probably the one thing that made the biggest impact on the overall beauty. Great work, super super natural looking!! You would never guess she had anything done.
Hey Emily for chin filler assessment would E line side profile assessment be similar to your test ?. Thanks so much. Wish you were in Australia.
Can Sculptra remedy the neck? I have a sloped neck of excess skin (not fat) 🥲
I am actually experimenting with Sculptra to my neck. It depends on how much excess skin. Is the excess skin because of weight loss and how much loss of elasticity is there.
This video again was so informative, I would love for you to work your magic on my “67” year old facial wrinkles. You are a true professional

Incredible information about Botox filler will need to consult you about a treatment for myself!!
Wau!
this is exactly how botox and filler should be done! IF only it was more affordable.
Doing her under eyes and her chin is such a good decision. She looks way better. By the way how old is she? I don't think I heard her age.
Is prf as effect as sculptra to restore volume loss in lower face
She was already beautiful ❤
How old is she? I didnt catch it? Thanks
She said her age when she started Botox it’s @ 8:30
25 is when she started botox. How old was when this video was filmed?
@@stephlau87 Sorry but I’m not able to disclose that information because it’s private protected health information about the patient (HIPPA). She happened to just say her age when she started Botox.
Had 2 rounds of Sculptra but I dont see any changes. I am 50 yesrs old. Do you think I should go for a third round?
She has a video explaining sculptra and its recommended 1 vial per decade of age to see some results, and sculptra is not guarantee to work for everyone. Some see minimal results so its a gamble...and costly :(
I love your videos ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Great video!
How old is she ? Just curious
I cannot tell you her age because that falls under medical privacy (HIPPA). She did reveal how old she was when she started Botox though @ 8:30.
With all the money spent on filler, you might as well save up for a top surgeon and get a face lift. If the first one is done early, it's not even noticeable. All those areas she mentioned improved by filler are restored by a facelift.
A facelift is an invasive surgical procedure. Not everyone wants to have surgery if there are alternatives. Also if you waited to get a facelift you would have to look older until you got the procedure done. That would mean someone in their 20’s who was starting to notice aging would have to do nothing until they were ready for a facelift. That’s not really a practical idea. Also how would a facelift have helped to project her chin?…How would a facelift have helped enhance her lips? How would a facelift have helped her frown lines and forehead lines? How would a facelift have helped her tear troughs?…
@NaturalInjector Surgery isn't for everyone. There's no question a facelift will work better for things like jowls and under eye bags (if someone gets that done). The smile lines soften when the cheeks are lifted. Fill might create lift, but there's no comparison and filler can be overdone.
@@ElleGen Yes surgery is the only thing that will help eye bags, but she didn’t have jowls or eye bags so how would have facelift have helped her?
Please use the same lighting on your photos. Other than that great video!!!
Thank you for your comment but wondering if you heard the part about consistency in photos and that the lighting was the same but she was much tanner?
yes I did, that's why I only commented about the lighting. You could make a designated area in your office with consistenet lighting for every patient on every day, so the results are better visible and there is no doubt about what shadow comes from the angle of the light and which is due to your amazing work. I know its hard to keep that the same over years, just a thought.@@NaturalInjector
@@Thought.Strings Thank you again for your feedback. I try my very best with consistency. I actually took her photos in the same exact room so the lighting should be very similar, but keep in mind she was much more tan in her after photo from Sculptra due to the time of year.
I don’t see a difference
Probably because you don’t get these procedures done and you’re not detailed oriented type of gal.
She looks way better!
I would love this for myself.
