    I regret most of my cosmetic work because no one told me I had to loose weight. I was 145 lbs at 5’6. I just didn’t look thick. But now I’m 123 lbs. I look so much better and I didn’t need fillers or kybella ( didn’t do anything).

      Yep I was considering a jaw reduction because my face looked wide and heavy. Then I realised all I needed was too lose weight and cut down on carbs to lean out. Had a shaved my jaw I’d have looked hideous.

    I love how filling the jawline and chin instantly makes the face look slimmer, more youthful and more defined. But it’s true, I’ve seen that on some women it can have a masculinizing effect if their upper and mid face aren’t filled to complement the jawline or if they aren’t at their ideal weight, and it can make the face look boxy and heavy if the patient is older and trying to correct sag with it instead of getting a face or neck lift.

    Watching this video made me realise that I am not a good candidate for jawline or chin filler but social media made me believe I need it because of the “snatched” look. I have soft but well defined jawline, my chin is rounded and even goes slightly bit further than my lower lip.

They say the one prince who ruled Spain was so inbred he drooled, and he also couldn’t speak properly and had a lisp which I heard is why some Spanish ppl pronounce things with a lisp, for instance Ibiza is pronounced Ibitha. I was told they adopted the lisp to make him feel better 🤷‍♀️.I heard his wife didn’t want to go near him because apparently he also smelled. Grr, the weight loss thing frustrates me! lol. I'm 5'7" and weigh just under 125 pounds. If I go much lower than that, I look too thin. The ONLY time I ever had a defined jawline (without filler) was when I was going through a period of extreme distress and trauma, couldn't bear to eat, and went down to 107 pounds. I looked emaciated, but my jawline looked snatched!
    I also naturally don't have a visible gonial angle (without filler), as my jawline seems to switch from horizontal to vertical WAY before it gets anywhere near my ears. It kind of disappears about halfway along my cheek. 😢

    Submental liposuction does not always work for everyone. Some people’s double chin can also be caused by fat under the platysma muscle which cannot be fixed by regular chin lipo or kybella.. Only way to fix this is an anterior platysma plasty to remove the fat and tighten the muscle or finding a rare surgeon who can perform lipo under the platysma muscle. These procedures won’t fix jowls. Mild or moderate jowling can be addressed with careful liposuction - severe jowls would require a lower face lift procedure.

Since then I have not been able to find a nice coral peach color in a lip stain that stays put until now. • @NaturalInjector
      @NaturalInjector  5 месяцев назад

      Yes I don’t know many providers who only use part of a vial to spot treat. Sculptra comes in a vial and you need to reconstitute the vial by mixing it t in order to inject it. I personally like to reconstitute at least 3 days before someone’s treatment. All of us have asymmetry and I have used Sculptra to help with asymmetry but not sure why you feel a whole vial would not be needed or beneficial. Guess it all depends on how large of an area you are trying to target.
