Great video on Sculptra, as usual, Emily. I am 56, naturally lean, athletic, and had experienced serious sinking in the last 4 years or so. I am on HRT since age 49, and had 3 Morpheus 8 treatments about 2.5 years back. It was within approximately 6 months of finishing Morpheus that I noticed my face sinking. I have heard there “could be” a link between that and melting of facial fat, who knows. All I know is I no longer recognized myself and got tired of people around me asking me if I was sick. I began researching Sculptra and after many months I began my Sculptra journey. I am 6 mos past my first treatment. I had 3 total, spaced approximately 6 weeks apart and 3 vials each treatment to address sinking mid face and temples (I had serious “peanut head”). My medical derm is amazing, and my results so far have been amazing, too. It was extremely expensive (I’m in Canada) and costs approximately $950 CDN per vial. I have zero regrets, my skin condition looks luminous, I have begun to fill out again and I think it’s taken about 10 years off my appearance.

Hi Emily, what are your thoughts on other biostimulators like Ellanse (I think the substance is called polycaprone), polynucleotides, PRP/PRF etc.? How do they compare to Sculptra? Also, is fat grafting considered a filler/biostimulators?
We don’t have Ellanse here in the US so not sure. As far as PRF/PRP, I don’t think it would produce the same amount of collagen that Sculptra can. Thanks for sharing! That’s great that 2 vials were satisfactory for you
I love Sculptra ❤🎉
How about the massage we need to do after the sculptra vial ?
I got you. You can learn more about the massage from this video 👉 ruclips.net/video/lopnx7phpCU/видео.htmlsi=Rzt90BhGTh52q0v-
I had 2 vials at age 38 and 4 at age 40. I need it again and I’m 42 do I need to do all 4 vials again?
@@autumnrein1203 It’s really not possible to give you advice on how many vials I feel you will need because it’s not just based on an equation based on your age. You have to take into account what you look like. I would follow up with your provider.
Thank you for the response. I also read that sculptra is not good for the lower face. Do you have any videos about this? Thank you ❤
@@autumnrein1203 I’ve not heard of this. I’ve used it to the lower face in certain areas. This video may be of help 👉 ruclips.net/video/axyqX_gF_E4/видео.htmlsi=xVX6jIYcdanOEbKj
Painful but worth it
Thanks for sharing!
I’m looking to get my first sculptra injection in June. I’m excited. But I’m also trying to lose a little weight (10 pounds or so) but I’m doing it slowly and naturally.. calorie defecit & more steps and movement. Should I wait until I reach my goal weight or should I still get results?
I think if you lose 10 pounds, naturally and if it’s done gradually you should be ok.
Hello! Do you have a favorite anti-aging laser that isn’t specifically for hyperpigmentation?
I don’t I’m sorry there are a lot of different lasers I think you would have to be more specific
Mdm, do you think Sculptra can reduce the distance philtrum?
@@luvblueberry8433 No I don’t think it will reduce the distance of the philtrum
If I take nicotine replacement and not smoke. Does that affect the results of sculptra?
which area of the cheeks to inject sculptra for nasalabia folds?

Emily, another great video🙌🙌🙌. How do you feel about using ez gel and some sculptra together, cause I have very thin skin under my eyes. I heard mixed results about ez gel, so It might better add some sculptra.🤔 Have a blessed day🙏❤️
I’ve heard Sculptra should never be used around the eyes but maybe it’s okay if it’s mixed with ez gel.
@@ginderellablue no i know it can’t be used under eyes, that’s why I don’t want to rely only on sculptra . I dont meant to mix it . I meant to use them at the same time😉 ❤️
120 pounds per viasl from the same companies used by doctors and aestheticians
This video was excellent… I got my first treatment in December and my second treatment in March and I quit smoking and I will no longer be tanning outside because what is the point of investing in Sculptra???
Hi Emily. Thanks for your informative videos. Question-you don't seem interested injecting sculptra on the cheek bone area. Can you clarify why?
Is it safe to apply Sculptra in the forehead?
No I would not advise Sculptra to the forehead.
@@NaturalInjector thanks for the advice!
@@Ximena.Toscana 👍 foreheads are a risky area to treat
Which is better, Sculptra vs PRF?
Thank you so much for sharing I am in NZ , I have the best doctor so I know that factor is taken care of , I am 36 have had 5 vials in total over 3 months … it is now 4 months since my last vial, and no major improvements ( I don’t smoke wear spf 50 and a wide brim hat and take no diet drugs )
should the improvements time period for it to work come after the first vial or after my last vial ?
Thank you so much for taking time to help 🙏🏻❤
has anyone here formed nodules?
Sculptra on keto???
If I’m currently on a semiglutide for maintenance only l, is it ok to get Sculptra?
I know you never respond to me but I plan to get Sculptra in my city how can I determine if the Sculptra they are using is legit?
I do respond to your comments, sometimes at least. Sorry if it takes me awhile to comment back. I guess you can ask the provider if you can take a picture of the box and lot number of the product. If they didn’t have legit product they would probably be reluctant to give you that info. I’m debating on whether or not to do a video on the topic of counterfeit injectables.
@@NaturalInjector Please do make a video about it. I wish you were in Canada. You are so awesome. 🥲❤️
@@cheekymonkeygirl3378 I’ll definitely consider it.
@@NaturalInjector Thanks.

What do you think about renuva ?
Can you please talk about PEELS
Thanks for the video , is there any chance someone can lose their cheeks before of the sculptra ? Thanks
I had co2 laser 10 weeks ago. Can I do sculptra yet?
Her lips are over filled 😮
She has sat in several videos that her lips are without injections that are her natural lips
Thanks for the video! I got my second vial of sculptra and I have been so excited on this sculptra journey! It's true about the smoking.... I smoked daily for so long but one day my body just didn't want it anymore... About 6 days after my last cigarette I about jumped 10 feet when I looked in the mirror that morning. In only six days my body rejoiced and my face was bright, fuller, luminous with color and moisturized on its own. I used to have combo skin but now it's just balanced. When I got sculptra it got even better .
I have never smoked or drunk in my life. 😁
Thank you so much for sharing your story! It’s good to hear you noticed a change in your skin after quitting. That’s so interesting to know. I’m treating someone with Sculptra now and he smokes cigars EVERY DAY, and inhales. I say that about inhaling because I was told that most ppl who smoke cigars don’t inhale, but he does and so far, it doesn’t look like his results are that impressive. Glad to hear you had great Sculptra results.
@cheekymonkeygirl3378 good! Never start....it was one of the stupidest thing I've ever done. I tried to quit many times but could never make it past 4 days . When I finally quit , it wasn't planned and I had no withdrawal symptoms at all but before when I would try to quit the withdrawal was unbearable.I really feel that somebody up there decided to bless me and take that addiction away. There is no other explanation and I am so grateful
@@NaturalInjector I think you misinterpreted my initial comment. I said I never smoked or used alcohol in my life meaning I have been sober since birth.
@@cheekymonkeygirl3378 I was responding to the person’s comment above 👆 at the very top. She said she quit smoking and noticed a change to her skin, for the better
Why can’t I speed up this video? 🫤
