I've been on Estrodial for four years. I had dreadful menopausal symptoms and I requested HRT. I value Dr Taylor's education and started hormone replacement without hesitation. I have no family history of breast cancer. I think the HRT is definately helping me to age slower than woman who don't use it. The sagging in my face is a challenge though, I definately need more Sculptra. My skin texture is good, no creapiness on my body yet.

I wish I had known about the effects of losing teeth earlier. I had two wisdom teeth pulled before Invisalign and my face just collapsed within the span of two months. I had always looked significantly younger than my age and in a short period of time I looked older than my actual age. I will always regret having my wisdom teeth pulled just to fix one crooked front tooth. Having straight teeth means nothing if your face looks older because of it.
I had all four wisdom teeth removed when I went away to college and got braces. I never noticed my jaw changing. I have a somewhat narrow jaw naturally.
I had a missing tooth for almost a year while I was waiting for a bone graft to take (for an eventual implant) and that is definitely my worse (saggier) side likely r/t bone loss.

I think that Angelina Jolie may have had jaw implants or maybe it’s filler 🤷♀️. Could be that she lost some baby fat but I think you may be correct because if you look at Angelina, she did have more rounder features when she was younger.

It’s not really possible to tell you if this will equate to the price of a facelift. It depends on what we would be doing when you come in. Is it Sculptra or filler or both and how much. The advantage of doing injectables and maintaining them every year is that you look your best at all times, as opposed to waiting for a facelift. Even if you get a facelift, it won’t last forever. The 2nd patient in this video had a lower facelift over 15 years ago.
I get filler in my jawline as it's naturally weak, with VERY slight jowls, and an invisible gonial angle. It works well for me. I'm 45 now. I've always been naturally slim (5'7", about 130lbs) but have a genetic double chin and small mouth / jaw. And I'm missing several molars. Oops. lol

I never had snatched jawline even when I was young and very thin. I was actually underweight at some point, with slime face but no jawline and no chin. All due to having overbite and recessed chin. Now being in my mid 30s I had my first dermal filler in the chin, jawline and cheeks. Chin filler was great and definitely gave me better appearance but jawline and cheek filler was pretty much useless. Very minimal difference. What I would need is fat removal from that area, not fillers.
I had botox in my jaw due to grinding my teeth and headaches. My jawline disappeared and I got jowls 🫠 The botox was 8 months ago I've noticed things starting to improve. Be careful with botox in the lower face!

Hormones have to be balanced. Did you get HRT brands beginning with Pre-? Premarin, Prempro for example. They are made from horse urine and have synthetic progesterones which are known to cause problems.

I’m turning 40 in a month and only developed jowling after gaining significant weight in the last 2 years. I‘ve been recommended different treatments ranging from HA filler, bio stimulators, Botox, fat loss injections to liposuction. I’m not someone with naturally weaker jawline or chin, so for the same reasons you’ve mentioned, I’m hesitant to try out anything before I loose the excess weight. You always give great advice and seem to want the best long term outcome for your patients. You’d be my first choice if I lived closer to you.

@NaturalInjector no, I mean that if you have a jaw implant and after some years there is bone loss in the jaw area (not because of the implant, just because of the years that passed), is in this case possible that the jaw implant will not fit as well anymore?
@@afroditi5845 ahh yes ok. Actually yes this is a known issue that can happen because as the face ages, you lose bone so the jaw implants may not suit the face as much when you age.

Lot’s of ppl have their wisdom teeth removed. I would follow up with your dentist. Perhaps you don’t have bone loss.

There is botox that can make the mandibular area smaller
There’s maxillofacial surgery too for jaw resetting if your bite is bad or maybe even if out of proportion.

Hormones have to be balanced. Did you get HRT brands beginning with Pre-? Premarin, Prempro for example. They are made from horse urine and have synthetic progesterones which are known to cause problems.

@@selectiveoutrage6617 It’s not injected into the marionette lines themselves it’s the DAO’s (depressor anguli oris muscle). Injecting into this muscle can help prevent someone from pulling down the corners of their mouth as strongly.
I’m turning 40 in a month and only developed jowling after gaining significant weight in the last 2 years. I‘ve been recommended different treatments ranging from HA filler, bio stimulators, Botox, fat loss injections to liposuction. I’m not someone with naturally weaker jawline or chin, so for the same reasons you’ve mentioned, I’m hesitant to try out anything before I loose the excess weight. You always give great advice and seem to want the best long term outcome for your patients. You’d be my first choice if I lived closer to you.

Fix my lips how??? Let me guess. You think I over-injected my lips with filler. What you should do is learn how to tell the difference between naturally full large lips, vs lips that have been over-injected! I have NEVER injected my lips with filler before.

Injected lips tend to be smooth and stretched out. Natural lips, like Angelina Jolie's, have wrinkles like a normal person, some more than others.
