I've been carrying one of those for about six years now, and it's one of those pieces of kit that I would instantly replace if lost. I take it to work with me every day, and carry it in my hunting pack as well. Very handy, and totally worth every penny it costs. Cheers, buddy!
The WorkSharp Guided Field Sharpener is my go to knife maintenance tool when out in the bush. It tucks into my bag easily and can put a working edge back on any of my knives or tools I have with me. I 100% agree this is a fantastic product and I highly recommend it. 👍 We'll make a pro knife sharpener out of you soon enough, Tom. 😁👌 Take care my friend and Cheers!
Sharpening and edge maintenance tutorials are great. I have the WS field sharpener, WS precision angle sharpener version 1, and a TsProf Kadet pro sharpener. The WS field sharpener is great for hunting, fishing, and general use when you're on the go. I always kept one in my grain truck so I could work on my knife while waiting for a load. Great video! Easily the best $30 knife maintenance tool out there.
I have 3. I love them! I find that when my knife is sharp all I have to do is run the knife over the ceramics coarse to fine, and the strop to maintain the edge. I don't use the diamond plates hardly at all unless the edge is really messed up. So I keep those folded over so that they don't wear. A great tool to have!
The WS field sharpener is a great piece of kit. I have two. And they make a great gift. Also, they a good for novice sharpeners to learn the importance of angles and grits. Cheers.
I agree that they are well worth the $$ to get these!! I found one in Ohio on sale for $19 a couple years ago and I use it quite often to keep from dragging out a full stone set!! Great job and thanks for sharing the info on these!!
Excellent video Tom! I have been looking at those and your video helped me decide to buy one. So… thank you! 👍👍 Have a blessed afternoon. Cheers, Dubya
Thanks for sharing ! I have both of those for on the go and quick Maintainence at work or in the field! Stellar products for what they are meant to be!!
I suck at sharpening lol. But I've wanted the sharpener even though I have their best sharpening system. I haven't used it yet! 😆 Thanks for sharing!! 😺⚔️👍🏻

Haven't gotten one yet, may do so now
I was impressed with it Angelo. Thanks for watching my friend.
You don’t need that much force when using the coarse side. Let it glide and it won’t skip.
Great tip, Cosmo. With a little more practice I might just get it down!
Thanks for the video Tom!
It’s like you read my mind! I have one of these in my Amazon cart and been holding off!
Thanks for the info!
You're welcome H4H. Let me know what you think about it when you get yours. Keep charging my friend.
