      Camp Kemp, Jordan also was the only player to win 5 championships with 5 of the lowest offensive supporting casts leading into any finals in NBA history. Meaning MJ had less help offensively winning his rings then anyother great to play in the NBA!

      I would say isaiah thomas was the 1st to win without a dominant big man, but lambier was a solid center not dominant though. Mj never had a dominant or solid bigman, they all were ok, bill cartwright was a great player before his injuries but he was at the tail end of his career when he arrived to the bulls.

    This season which is Tim Duncans first season i believe is the reason Duncan said he wasn't impressed with MJ and never has been. They played twice in believe 97/98 and the Bulls won both games. That's ashamed considering MJ spoke highly of Duncan on multiple occasions. But I guess when your as gifted as Duncan was coming into the NBA and you play against Jordan and the Bulls and loose against a 35 year old MJ twice it would probably either humble you or cause you to be a hater! These younger players come into the NBA and some with no respect for the players before them. Lebron James came into the NBA idolizing Jordan and once Lebron became a veteran and realized he could never catch MJ and his accomplishments he started hating on Jordan saying he himself was the goat even though he is 3-6 in the finals, has only 1 scoring title, never won defensive player of the year and had to jump team to team seeking other high caliber all stars to win his championships. Respect the Goat Michael Jordan! Kobe, Shaq, Hakeem, Magic, Bird all Respected Jordans game.

      What it is is folks keep brainwashing us that Jordan wasn’t strong! Ron artest Said he’s just as strong as Lebron and many others say the same thing! As he got older he was bigger and he was just as quick but couldn’t keep the highflying rim attack going being that he was older but he was still the best defender and scorer and player in the game. Jordan dunked on every big man in his time and his strength made him extra special because it’s unheard of to be champions without a legit big man. Jordan showed it was possible 6 times

  • @tooBlessed847
    @tooBlessed847 6 лет назад +2

    To be honest this is kind of a surreal kind of a feel watching this two ball clubs square off because you got the changing of the guard and eras between this match and of course you can't help but to think the could off, would off and should off; and after watching this video and it's outcome it almost brings an feeling of closure that the bulls would of pulled off a historical forth peat in 1999.

  • @sbeallvln

    I don't care what anyone says; Lebron could not do today--or ever--what Jordan is doing in this video, at this point in his career. Lebron can do a lot, and he is one of the greatest, but what sets Jordan apart is that he could finish better at the rim, was a better shooter, and had more innate competitive drive. He had better body control and has bigger hands. Seriously, can you imagine Lebron doing everything Jordan is doing here, at the same level?

    Just thought I should mention David Robinson had 35 points, 8 rebounds, 3 steals, 3 blocks, 3 assists...T.D didn't have such a great game and the rest of the spurs didn't do so well either. But Robinson did everything he could, and actually outscored, out rebounded Jordan got a few more steals and blocks as well... But just thought "owning" went a little far, when someone else actually had a better game but just lost.

      All of this in a damn sports discussion...SMH

      Then he said he wasn’t impressed with anyone.....weird statement but people say the silly things! Duncan always been weird to me anyways. Sad thing is Jordan said Duncan is probably the most fundamentally sound player in the game! That’s when people was calling Duncan boring but Jordan knew his potential and stated it when they asked him who the best was in the game.

    So what? That was his 13 season in the league. And being 35 years old is still a legit a 35 year old body. How was he able to come back after a almost 2 years of not playing NBA basketball and be better than everyone? Better than Hakeem Olajuwon, Penny Hardaway, grant hill, shaq, david robinson,etc??? There's no way to cut it short. 35 is still 35.

    David Robinson Scored 35 in this game and we lost by 10 idk about owning but I see the uploader is most likely a Spurs hater. It's all good Karl Malone got beat in the Finals against Jordan and never even won anything with the Lakers so go hate while Tim Duncan sits on 5 rings and possibly a 6th If we get to the Finals in 2015 I say if because I'm not a ignorant cocky fan like most get when thier team wins a title I'm very Grateful we won this year. So we'll see.

    It's too bad that Duncan's Spurs never met Jordan's Bulls in the Finals. It would have been an EPIC battle. If it was played in 2003, the Spurs would have beaten MJ, Scottie, and Rodman in 7 games. Obviously, if it was 98 the Bulls would have won it in 6. (The Bulls never swept the finals, and only went 5 games once, against the Lakers in 91). What might have been!!

I understand bulls won by 10 points, but video and comment section trying to make it seem Jordan scored 30 while shutting down the twin towers lmao.

    30/5/3/2/1 on 12/22 shooting is a great stat-line, but to say he "owned" them is taking it a little far. Jordan is the greatest of all-time. But the title sounds like it's trying to disrespect the Spurs more than it's trying to praise Jordan. Little annoying.

    Na this was Tim Duncan's 5th season in the NBA cuz he wanted to hide in college so he wouldn't have to get a real job in the NBA! Duncan was suppose to be in NBA his sophomore year but was like nah I ain't working. Finally, after 4 years they told Tim you have to go!!!!!! You either can be homeless on the street or finally get a real job in NBA and Tim was like I guess il play in the NBA! Anybody buy that time wanted a college degree is naive! He was scared of nba
