  • Classic scandi lunch: rye bread topped with pretty much anything you like! We like to top our bread with tinned mackerel in tomato sauce, or another fave, sliced egg 🥚 the world is your oyster when it comes to toppings though! Add as many or as few as you like, then eat it with a knife and fork because it will be impossible to pick up 😂

      The brand I most often can find is US grocery stores is called mestemacher! Usually there’s some version of it I can find!
