Cooking from scratch you wouldn't go to M&S as most of the food is pre-prepared - and generally tasty (their curries are especially good!). This store, centre of London, great place to buy a bite to eat when travelling in London. Other supermarkets are way cheaper - Aldi, Lidl, Morrisons and Sainsbury's and Tesco low cost ranges (The small 'metro' versions in city centres are pricier). My husband was in Canada in Aug and found prices higher in regular supermarkets (he went to Sobeys, food basics and Fortinos and I think Loblaws). He said the in season corn, peaches and tomatoes (all awesome obvs) were cheaper but the prices in Canada for cheese, high fat butter and cream and all dairy were way higher .... except the more pre-prepared dairy eg cheese slices and ice cream. However, UK prices for basic foods, housing and energy have gone up so much that many are struggling. 🙏That is not the case in Canada.
As you’ve mentioned Hannah, many of us viewers are amazed at the selection of prepared and semi-prepared foods in UK supermarkets. Would love for you, and perhaps your sister too!, to do a “picnic basket” tasting review of popular categories of packaged foods suitable for a picnic in the park. Kinda like how the 2 of you review tea time foods? Might be interesting and helpful for us visitors to London!
Thanks Hannah. When I was in London last year, my friend and I stayed about two blocks from that exact M&S. Every night we stopped by to pick up something for dinner and breakfast the next day. American here - I wish I had a place nearby with all that amazing variety of prepared meals, particularly as I'm about to have a baby. The convenience of healthy, premade, and delicious food options is fantastic.
I did a month’s 1200 calorie a day diet, all from M&S. Lots of healthy prepared salads and fruit as well as delicious mains and even a sneaky pudding or two (I live within walking distance, so I got my steps in too!). It wasn’t the cheapest way to do it but it was by far the easiest and tastiest.
Yet another American here. I was in Scotland in May with my cousins. We shopped at M & S and thought the prices were very reasonable! We bought not only food, but laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, paper cups, paper napkins, and the like to use at our Airbnb. We had an overflowing cart and it cost 161 pounds! Everything we bought would have been twice the cost at home! Lovely store, that M & S! We loved everything we bought!
Well people in the US are erning more money than people in Scotland even in the whole UK. Price policy is focussibf on what people earn for their ework, it's quite different in compare to the US ! Go to Germany and see what yoiu can buy for your moiney in the Swiss ! You will see what I mean !
I would love to see you and Nat have an afternoon tea at home. Take us shopping to buy all the pre-made food, then how you decorate the table, then rate what you bought.
@@SHYsArt This could even be a short series. Have a ‘budget’ tea, a ‘moderately priced tea’ and an extravagant tea. See how the different levels of food stack up. Some of that pricey stuff Hannah showed us looked very yummy, but I find myself wondering if it lives up to the hype. Just a suggestion!
What a terrific Store! What a selection! I have never seen so many varieties of unique & different delicious looking foods before, especially in one place like this! Amazing! Brilliant Video with excellent Commentary & footage! This was so interesting & entertaining to watch! Loved it! Thank you for sharing! Blessings to you!
Loved your commentary - always witty and warm. (So many vloggers are a bit dull. You are always interesting!) Cornish ice cream is amazing. And, as you say, M&S is such great quality. I really enjoyed this vlog!👍👍
I'm a Waitrose/Marks and Sparks girl...this both brought me comfort and homesickness, simultaneously. Im now begging my family to send me a care package solely filled with M&S if it can make it to New Orleans without melting. ❤💔🏴🇬🇧
You hit the nail on the head with your comment about US viewers and food prices. Every time I watch a UK video with food shopping I am shocked to see how inexpensive food is compared to the US. I love M&S Food Hall visits when I am in the UK and make sure to always stop in to stock up on their milk chocolate teacakes as I am addicted. Enjoy your videos and being able to see sights around London as I have not managed to visit is several years.
They've changed the teacakes 😭 The chocolate is not as nice and not as thick. The marshmallow is much, much softer. I bought some this week. Still ate them but won't buy them again 🥺
Brit expat here. I love black pudding and have found an Irish pub that serves it up on weekends. Unfortunately, I’ve not had any success in buying it for at home use.
We save your videos for our Hannah Sundays and we love them!! Food shopping and afternoon teas are our favorites, but we love everything you do. It allows us to feel like we are in our beloved UK without the expense of traveling across the pond. Thank you for all you do for us, Hannah. You are the best!!
My husband and i so enjoy your vlogs. They are humorous and informative at the same time. We loved the one you did recently of Kew Gardens. It took me back to my childhood. Please never stop Hannah. We love M&S as the choice is fantastic. We love any videos to do with food. As long as you continue to make them, we will watch them.❤❤
Please do a monthly food vlog, it's absolutely gorgeous to see and hear you go shopping! We used to have a M & S here in Frankfurt, Germany, but that was back in the 2000s. I loved the sandwiches, they were really yummy!!!
Yes please a food shopping vlog when you can. American here and there is a growing long list that makes me want to go to the UK/London. One of the many is the groceries! Thank you Hannah!
I am an American Granny from Florida. That reminds me of a whole paycheck, LOL I mean a whole Foods. But we also have stores called Publix that started in Florida but now are moving into Tennessee and the Carolinas. They have a lot of prepared foods. We used to have a really posh store called Brunos. You had to have a black/gold credit card just to go in there. Lol. But that closed when the whole family that ran it died in a plane crash. Bummer. Fresh Market is also pricey and of course, that's my nearest one. When I'm really old I will have to go around to dollar tree ( pound shops I think you call them lol ) for my canned goods and then get some meat for nine dollars an ounce at Fresh market when I cannot drive to a regular store anymore. If you're slumming over here you'd go to a save a lot, usually in dicey/rural areas. Have a long, happy, sunny, blue sky summer dear.
M&S have AMAZING deals on some of their price-locked basics like packet rice, pasta and canned soups. Often the same or cheaper than Lidl and twice the quality. I love M&S
American here. I love M&S! I fell in love with them in Hong Kong and it's where I buy most of my food when I travel to the UK. I travel alone and stay in guesthouses rather hotels and after a day of wandering all I want is good food and solitude. I stop by M&S, pick up something prepared for supper (salmon and new potato salad and trifle) and breakfast (bramley apple tarts) in my room. Now I'm hungry and need another England trip.
Wow, Hannah a monthly food vlog will be wonderful indeed. This M&S vlog is so cool! It really has very good products and the prices seem to be good too. I think that sometimes it's worth to pay a little bit more, when you know the shop has a very good variety of high quality products as those ones you showed. Hannah, have a lovely Friday! 😎🌞💐🌹🌻🌷
If I lived there, I would NEVER cook. So much less expensive to by ready made there. I’d be in heaven! 🤗❤️ Canada sucks for how expensive it is . 😢 I really enjoyed this vlog. You are just so sweet and nice to watch. Thank you for all your videos. We know how much work you have to do to make them happen . ❤
Hi Hannah, American here. Love your videos. We have a Whole Foods and Erewhon here in Santa Monica, and they are way, way more expensive than M&S. M&S may cost a bit more than Tesco, but M&S is higher quality. Plus we love M&S's sandwiches for a lunch in the park. We won't book a place to stay in London if it's not close to a full M&S or a Simply Food.
Hi, another American fan here...is it ridiculous that one of the things i look forward to when i travel to london is food shopping at M&S, Waitrose, and Harrods 😂? Your videos provide me with inspiration for my next visit as well as giving me a london "fix" between trips. Thank you Hannah!
Happy Friday Hannah! London looking beautiful as ever. I shop weekly at M and S . Once you've tried the products, fresh and frozen, no one else can beat it! ❤❤❤
I am going to put my sunnies on, too cute, love the way you Brits talk, i loved this Hannah i can only dream of going to London one day. Happy to see you have lovely weather finally. Hannah you always look so beautiful you need not worry, but eating heathier is a good way to go, but we do like our treats. Cheering for England today in soccer.
Red grapes, red wine - ALWAYS! My husband loves & misses the black pudding from our beloved visits to the UK. We hope to get back there next year! ❤ 🇺🇲 🇬🇧
Food is so much more expensive in the U.S.!! If this is your fanciest store, these prices are amazing. And the produce looks so fresh. Love your videos. I love England ❤
I really enjoy your shopping videos. My sister and I were in London last September and visited the places you show in your videos in central London. A difference that I noticed between the food in London compared to where I live in Canada is that the serving sizes are smaller. For instance, for a pack of buns, the buns would be packaged in 8 or 12 buns per package. Also, the meat packages show 4 servings of meat, whereas in Canada it would be at least 8 servings. Honestly, in my opinion, we don't need such big serving sizes. Your cost of 42 pounds would be about 75 Canadian dollars. I absolutely fell in love with London and hope to visit again soon. Thanks for your videos!
Happy 200th Video, Hannah! Just in case you're seeing likes for your oldest content and thinking "what is going on here?!", my BF and I are currently working our way through all the ones we haven't seen because we enjoy your content so much. You are our after dinner treat with a cuppa☕💜 Have a wonderful weekend!
OMG, as I'm prepping tea, peeling potatoes and chopping veg. and as our supermarket here in our rural town in Victoria Australia gets all the end of the run veggies that droop when you pick them up. This vlog made me so envious that I thought how scrumptious and unique and convenient (albeit the excess plastic) that I don't know wether I fancy our tea tonight. So enjoyed this vlog as I do all.
Happy Friday, Hannah! Never visited Erewhon so I really don’t know if M&S is comparable. I can say that the bakery items you showed are better than all but a few of the better bakeries here. Really appreciated today’s “waffling”. I did the grocery shopping for the week this morning and so much of what you said either ran through my mind or is exactly what I said too. Have a wonderful July weekend! See you Tuesday!
I’m from India and I’m watching this video because of my brother got job in this store. This store is very big and everything is very attractive and arranged. Thanks for sharing this place❤
As an occasional visitor to London, staying in apartment style hotel accommodations, I definitely favor locations that are near an M&S Simply Food. Nothing like getting off a 14 hour flight, checking in, and indulging in reasonably-priced pre-prepared tastiness at M&S back at the hotel.
my folks had a 23 hrs lay over in London before their connecting flight - chances are this was the only time they’d ever be in England - when we asked them how they spent their time it was all about food - eating food - getting food - eating more food 🤣😂 guess it couldn’t have been that bad 🇨🇦
Greetings from Georgian Bay, Ontario, Canada 🇨🇦 Love your video style, so interesting, so much fun, to discover London, and beyond 🌟 I’d shop at Marks & Spencer’s, in a heart beat. Their food prices are a real bargain, in comparison with Canadian food retailers ! Thanks, Hannah, Great Video 🌟
When I first moved to London my office was in Marylebone High Street and Selfridges and M&S (the one you visited) were local stores. So despite living in outer London I would take the same train into Oxford Street on a Saturday to do my shopping. It took me a while to realise there was an M&S in Harrow, which was only ten minutes on the Underground from home rather than 30 minutes for Baker Street. I loved the M&S food!
I just want to say I I love your videos and your content! As a former retail worker I must say I fully appreciate our Sunday trading laws. Everyone who can deserves to enjoy a Sunday afternoon.
Thanks Hannah for showing so many things about food and places and prices!! We are from Zurich and we just got back from London and been there for 3 weeks!! I totally agree with you about the prices!!! Not everything is cheap 🤭 But we enjoyed the variety of food and the choices!! We support you and your videos !! We should have watched it before our trip 🫶🏻
I have waited patiently for this video! The only thing I miss after moving to NZ 27 years ago, and the first place I go to when I have a trip home. ❤ Thanks Hannah.
Fruit and veg in M & S is usually really top quality and lasts for a long time in the fridge. Some of the cheaper supermarkets seem good value but raspberries are often mouldy within a day. Also 2 high welfare chicken legs at £1.65 is really good value. As you say, you need to be selective but they do expect people to buy the high price prepared food which is where they make their profits. We all love M & S but £1.25 for a scone is extortionate but they are lovely. Great vlog. Thanks for giving us the tour x
You’ve got it wrong, the value range in M&S is cheaper than Aldi, the fresh chicken £1.50 for two chicken quarters, £1.75 for wings, value vegetables less than other supermarkets and the quality is second to none, Hannah if you don’t believe me check all the supermarkets out. The expensive items are meat and fish but having said that the flavour, the quality, excellent. XX
Bought back some memories for me when you went to M &S at Marble Arch. I’ve done a lot of shopping there because that is near where I stay when I’m in London. We have loads of plastic it’s for hygienic reasons I guess, not sure what the alternative is.
More so that we have no alternative. Plastic packaging causes lots of micro plastics to end up in our food resulting in long term health affects.@@annettewalter2273
M&S poultry and beef is a tad pricy I agree. It is however unquestionably tastier and just far greater quality than the equivalent at any other UK supermarket. Depends what you prioritise I guess
You can't beat M&S for food! 👌🏻 I do my big food shop every week there.....But in Berkhampstead. They do a wild mushroom and garlic pie. 🥰 Food of the Gods! Another great vlog Hannah. Have a great weekend x
I always enjoy your M&S hauls Hannah. It was so nostalgic to see they still sell crudities, I used to get them back in 1990 when we went to the nearest biggest town to do the weekly shop on a Saturday and my mum would always complain about expensive they were. Will need to look for them next time I'm in my local M&S!
Another excellent video Hannah. No one comes close to M&S Food, Waitrose don't touch the sides. Hannah made me laugh when you were looking at the Pancakes and you said they were easy to make. Lol, would love to see you make one. Look forward to your next video 👍👍😁😎
Pancakes are ludicrously easy to make. I did them all the time as a child in the '70s. What completely jogged my noggin was packets of "pancake mix" in the shops. It just didn't make any sense - packets of flour labelled as "pancake mix" and costing 1000% more?
@@LeeJohn70 No. I live on my own now - instead of pancake mix I just whisk together 1 egg, 50g flour - a food cupboard staple - and 150ml milk (like I would have to do with the premade mix anyway).
I spent 6 weeks in the the UK last year and M&S was my go to for food!! The variety is insane! We do not have anything like it in Australia. The supermarkets are starting to get more 'on the go' food but nothing like over there. I loved just grabbing a wrap & fruit for lunch, sitting in a park eating them and continuing on with my exploring. I didn't find the prices unreasonable for the quality of the food. I loved the chicken ceaser wraps but I was sick of them after 6 weeks 😂by eating light and doing all the walking around England and Scotland, I lost 6kg! Surprised by the origin of some of the fruit you picked up too! Great video, I miss London 😍 PS: please be careful with your phone on the street! Mine was stolen on Oxford street 😭
I moved from the UK to Spain 7 years and I love the sun and living here but I really miss M&S food (and knickers). This vlog made me salivate but also made me feel a bit sad 😢😢
M&S Underwear is the very best.. I prefer Waitrose food for most things, but I don't like going out, so I get everything delivered from Amazon Fresh and it's my go to shop. Waitrose once in a few months for somethings (like their cooking chorizo and Jacksons Bread for the freezer) But Amazon produce is fantastic overall
I do my weekly shop at Ocado because you can’t beat the quality of M&S food. Not too expensive to be honest and do a price match with tesco so if I buy products that are cheaper they refund the difference, I’m far from middle class I’m a single working mum who has to watch the pennies, prices in M&S are not too bad
I loved this! We need M&S here in the U.S. What a great store! There are so many things that I would definitely buy. Those chocolate pancakes would be so tempting. I’m super impressed with the quality of the fruit. Those strawberries looked absolutely amazing- like they were ready for a photo shoot. The variety of choices for ready to go meals were really terrific! And yes, I don’t buy raspberries either because they just seem to get “fluffy” too quickly. Thank you so much for this wonderful vlog!
I LOVE Marks&Sparks for food shopping. I used it daily in South Africa under the Woolies brand name) and really one would never have needef to cook for any meal or dinner party. The best quality, prepared beautifully, almost worth the insanely high bill😅. Thanks Hannah for another fun video☘️
I wrote to M&S and asked them why they don't set up a food delivery service. There is a company that does get their products but they are not cheap and obviously they don't do chilled goods since brexit. I get M&S teabags pickles and some other products from britsuperstore
I'm # 935 Thank You From Missouri. I think at times a three-headed Hannah might be just what I need😀. The 8-pack of Coca-Cola seems to be only $1.15 more in the UK. Sometimes when I make pancakes I make extra and put in fridge for next day, tastes great cold. Thanks for making me hip to Colin the Caterpillar & Percy the Pig. It's always great fun shopping along with You. When I was last in the UK, I remember a food truck selling "Fish & Chips" my fav, in Ipswitch. ALSO just to mention You should try Sliced avocado with just salt and fresh lemon squeezed. And when I was growing up my mother taught me to make, and I still do: Fried Eggplant Slices, just egg and flour and salt. Cheers💜
I go to a Marks Food shop two times a week Hannah. As they cater for people who dont want to cook every day with such a marvellous selection of top quality food it certainly is a lovely temptation.Another great food video Hannah.

As I am trying to move to the UK some day, I love these food shops. It helps with my research. I visit London every year and I normally shop at Waitrose in Bloomsbury near Russell Square, and I absolutely love it. I think their prices are still much cheaper than a normal US grocery store.
I miss Marks & Spencer... it was a real treat when we lived in Ireland to go to Galway (closest to us) and do some shopping at Marks & Sparks. Since moving back to California I have fallen in love with Sprouts - but they don't have the variety of ready made foods that M&S do. Great video Hannah!
Im a Brit over in Massachusetts for one more year and yes the food prices are 40-60% higher and of a far lower quality. When we are shopping we spend most of the time in the supermarket looking at the ingredients and putting it back. High fructose syrup, GMO, dangerous food colouring, hormone injected beef, bleach washed chicken, trans fats and farmed salmon feed with artificial colouring to give the fish a brighter red colour. All banned in UK & EU. As for the bread its full or sugar, why? We mostly buy organic but that puts the price up even more so that basket you brought if you could find it all would be at least $120 and lower quality. Considering the Uk is out of the single market so the costs of bringing in Eu imports is higher now but still much lower than the States and they are self sufficient in most of their produce. It's just a rip off but. Lastly the packaging on most food looks as though it's been designed in the 1950's and never updated. Only one more year!!
Hang in there 💪. The UK and EU have much stringent laws around ingredients in food and farming practices. I'm always thankful that I don't live in the USA.
Our food quality here in the US is HORRIBLE. Farmed salmon is incredibly dangerous to eat and they swim amongst many diseased fish as well... The beef and poultry is not much better. And of course the GMO, high fructose corn syrup and food colorings. We are in a sad state of health here! You are very fortunate in the EU and UK to have such stringent food restrictions!
I'm kinda addicted to your food vloggy walk about videos, and they really help with my productivity....especially in getting me out of the house to buy food...thanks, keep up the grand work Hannah. Plus I'm a recent subscriber so I'm binging older videos.

Wow America must be very expensive
I would love to see you and Nat have an afternoon tea at home. Take us shopping to buy all the pre-made food, then how you decorate the table, then rate what you bought.
Great idea
Yes , that sounds good 👍👍
A movie watch party is another good idea...
Love that idea!
Thanks for sharing!! For me, fond childhood memories of a Christmas dress, and snacks from M&S.
I know there are many food options these days but for me M&S is still M&S. Thanks Hannah 😊
You are always interesting!)
Cornish ice cream is amazing.
And, as you say, M&S is such great quality.
I really enjoyed this vlog!👍👍
Glad you enjoyed it!
I'm a Waitrose/Marks and Sparks girl...this both brought me comfort and homesickness, simultaneously. Im now begging my family to send me a care package solely filled with M&S if it can make it to New Orleans without melting. ❤💔🏴🇬🇧
You and me both.
@@lilynorthover8378 Thanks for that info. and what a shame. Seems companies always change things and never for the better.
Watch this rap vs video about British food shops
I do like black pudding…..it’s a must with a Full English breakfast when staying in a hotel.
Brit expat here. I love black pudding and have found an Irish pub that serves it up on weekends. Unfortunately, I’ve not had any success in buying it for at home use.
@blue246 👍😀
As long as you continue to make them, we will watch them.❤❤
Thanks for watching!
I love Marks, yes, more expensive, but so convenient and tasty. Hate all the plastic though, but it’s everywhere.
Yes, the the food shop vlogs have become my favorite. Please do many more of them.
Thanks! What sort of sunglasses are you wearing in this video?🥰
Thanks so much! They are from &other stories, about £30!
I love M&S
Totally agree!🤍and basic sauces too xox
Yep and the canned beans are amazing. Also the frozen section is as cheap as anywhere else.
@@matt-f1cwe love their canned baked beans.
Wow!!!
Its so much cheaper than sweden! The floders are beautiful and so cheap, i wish we could buy roses like that at that prize here!
M&S has great food choices and love picking up treats for a picnic in the park.
Thanks! Your vlogs are my absolute fav.
Thanks so much for the channel support!
Hannah I do love M&S clotted cream scones, made with clotted cream. You only need to add the jam. Lovely Jubbly 👍😁😎
If I lived there, I would NEVER cook. So much less expensive to by ready made there. I’d be in heaven! 🤗❤️ Canada sucks for how expensive it is . 😢
I really enjoyed this vlog. You are just so sweet and nice to watch. Thank you for all your videos. We know how much work you have to do to make them happen . ❤
i think uk wages are much lower than Canada and USA so the food still feels expensive
M and S are great for singles and couples. families need to use the bigger supermarkets.
@@IAMNationXCan you cheaper places to get food? I am visiting soon and like to reduce cost little bit
Hi Hannah
Great energy in your vlog.
More dogs please!!
Poached pears are great with porridge for breakfast.
Hi Hanna I would love to see more supermarket vlogs .I think they are my favorite but I do like all your vlogs .
Love love M&S…
Shopped at M&S for longer than I care to remember
🛍️🛍️🛍️
It’s the best!🥰
1000% fell in love with M&S!!!!
Cheesecake from Harrods is the best in the world
Haha.. going to Harrods bying something there.. make sure you have got enough money with you also for only small things to buy !
Happy Friday Hannah!
London looking beautiful as ever. I shop weekly at M and S . Once you've tried the products, fresh and frozen, no one else can beat it! ❤❤❤
It's so low key calm just watching you shop and show stuff I don't know why...but thank you.
“Before you know it we are broke” too funny!
I am going to put my sunnies on, too cute, love the way you Brits talk, i loved this Hannah i can only dream of going to London one
day. Happy to see you have lovely weather finally. Hannah you always look so beautiful you need not worry, but eating heathier is a good way to go, but we do like our treats. Cheering for England today in soccer.
The food that you gasp at the price, that's how much everything costs in the US 😆 Thanks for taking the time with us, Hannah, have a great weekend!!
Yes! I just paid $10 for grapes 🤦♀️ and they were on sale!
@@maryannspicher $10 for grapes?? 😵😵
This is nothing like Erewhon, which is really geared towards fools and their money. This was actually very good value for money.
Red grapes, red wine - ALWAYS! My husband loves & misses the black pudding from our beloved visits to the UK. We hope to get back there next year!
❤ 🇺🇲 🇬🇧
Wow Hannah , really enjoyed this video. Here in Canada , the costs would be at least 30% more than the prices you showed. Your prices are so cheap !
Food is so much more expensive in the U.S.!! If this is your fanciest store, these prices are amazing. And the produce looks so fresh. Love your videos. I love England ❤
Should be cheap with the size of your country, your politicians are screwing you over.
Cheaper than fresh food in Australia. Love the shopping trips- food, clothing, home wares, as well as the touristy stuff. This one made me hungry.
Definitely cheaper than our regular supermarkets in Australia!. That's why we go to our Farmers markets hey.
I did the same thing! 😊
Thank you so much!!
I do the same too!
Me too! I curl up with a drink and enjoy your vlogs after dinner ❤
@@Siddhii225 I love that!☺
OMG, as I'm prepping tea, peeling potatoes and chopping veg. and as our supermarket here in our rural town in Victoria Australia gets all the end of the run veggies that droop when you pick them up.
OMG, the food in this video looks amazing. I wish I could shop in that store. Thank you, Hannah, for such a great video.
I’m planning a 10 day trip to London - as long as my hotel has a mini fridge and microwave, I am so down with getting my dinners at M&S.
I would love for anyone who criticises British food to watch this. Everything looks so yummy and fresh 🤤
Those people have probably never stepped foot in England and are just going by old stereotypes 😴
@@sjanex When we visited London/Cornwall, we did not have a bad meal the entire time and even the pub food was delicious. We were very impressed.
my folks had a 23 hrs lay over in London before their connecting flight - chances are this was the only time they’d ever be in England - when we asked them how they spent their time it was all about food - eating food - getting food - eating more food 🤣😂 guess it couldn’t have been that bad 🇨🇦
Marks & Spencer's food is the absolute best!
Well, all I've seen is food in plastic boxes, and that is because 80% of Brits can't cook.
Yes, a food blog every month sounds good. Love it, love ya! Thank you 😃
When I first moved to London my office was in Marylebone High Street and Selfridges and M&S (the one you visited) were local stores. So despite living in outer London I would take the same train into Oxford Street on a Saturday to do my shopping. It took me a while to realise there was an M&S in Harrow, which was only ten minutes on the Underground from home rather than 30 minutes for Baker Street. I loved the M&S food!
First lol 😂. Already love the lipstick shade. Watching it all the way through. Hannah 🎉Friday’s 😊
Aw thanks!!!
I just want to say I I love your videos and your content! As a former retail worker I must say I fully appreciate our Sunday trading laws. Everyone who can deserves to enjoy a Sunday afternoon.
Brilliant vlog Hannah!!😊 it's not any food!! it's M&S food!! keep up the excellent work Hannah 😊
Thanks Hannah for showing so many things about food and places and prices!! We are from Zurich and we just got back from London and been there for 3 weeks!! I totally agree with you about the prices!!! Not everything is cheap 🤭
But we enjoyed the variety of food and the choices!!
It’s not cheaper. Quality is better, that is true but it’s not cheaper.
We love M&S . Recently we've found the prices of the basics is comparable with Aldi.
M&S poultry and beef is a tad pricy I agree. It is however unquestionably tastier and just far greater quality than the equivalent at any other UK supermarket. Depends what you prioritise I guess
Those groceries would have cost about $100+ here in Australia. Thanks for bringing us along with you Hannah ❤
You can't beat M&S for food! 👌🏻 I do my big food shop every week there.....But in Berkhampstead.
They do a wild mushroom and garlic pie. 🥰 Food of the Gods! Another great vlog Hannah. Have a great weekend x
Omg that mushroom pie!! Delicious 🤤
@@Drew-Dastardly A person living on there own it's still cheaper to buy ready made, different if you have a family.
Why? It is overpriced tat.
Thanks!
Thanks so much for the support!!
Love ocado too, and the quality is far better and Last alot longer.
I really love your shopping videos. British shopping videos in London are the best. London shops have great selections of food and products.❤❤❤❤
Yay it's Friday with Hannah

That is the BEST store!!!!! I wish it were in America! I can’t wait to return to London and visit M&S again! ❤️❤️
Nice, both you and the video i do enjoy your videos seeing stuff I probably missed as a Londoner
As someone who LOVED M and S food, before emigrating to Australia in 2002, it’s the ONE MAJOR THING I MISS
I wrote to M&S and asked them why they don't set up a food delivery service. There is a company that does get their products but they are not cheap and obviously they don't do chilled goods since brexit. I get M&S teabags pickles and some other products from britsuperstore
Another lovely Hannah video. Always enjoyable 🎉🎉. Thank you for sharing. 💖👍

I think their prices are still much cheaper than a normal US grocery store.
watching from Canada…you got a lot for the price. so envious!
So nice to see a RUclips video where every other word isn’t « like », no swearing & everything enunciated perfectly. Excellent ❤😊👌👍
Black pudding is absolutely amazing 😋 Scrumdiddlyumptious

Hannah, you are my favorite Brit!! So genuine & funny!! Waffle away girl, we love it!!
@@anaalves3658Well, the EU does…. 🇮🇪🇪🇺
@@Mounhas So does the U.K.
