If you use square rooms or cylinder rooms solar panels and batteries can snap to them and you could use that structure as a power station to run your farm place a wire off the room to power the extractors and you should be good, I usually run 32 solar panels and 32 batteries running all my farms it’s prolly a bit excessive at the moment to power the farm but it will be a good blueprint for later when I decide to expand the farms
Awesome video! The intro was fun with the base and top tier decoration! Also, the detailed build guide helped me get my own base established! Also, what’s a good use for a power base, I found a power location with a scanner but I am not sure what to do with the free power
Yeah if you can setup an electromagnetic generator on top of the power hotspot you'll be set, if that doesn't work I recommend solar panels and batteries as most of my bases use those and work fine!
@@herbertpocket8855 mainly at night when solar power stops working. I have one hooked up to a portal but I need to refill it each time, they can definitely help though add that extra bit of power you need to a specific point
Space Stations have a booth to receive one upgrade so you can hop Space Stations to get a bunch or also lookout for the Exosuit Maps (yellow ones) they'll lead you to an Exosuit upgrade which you can slap on either your technology slots or your inventory!

Getting a few more bases similar to this so i can refine expensive stuff and in general make the game a lot easier going forward
