    1. Amla juice
    2. Methi seeds water
    3. Sprout salad- white chana , black chana, green moong daal , paneer or tofu , cucumber, tomato , onion lettuce
    4. Green tea, fresh homemade juice or protein smoothie - gluten free oats, banana, apple , protein powder, almond milk , skimmed milk
    5. 3 boiled egg whites , green tea or coffee or tea 🚫 no sugar.
    6. Lassi or chaas or matcha tea
    7. Apple cider vinegar lukewarm water
    8. White chana / cooked quinoa/ couscous and salad
    9. Paneer or tofu.. Lettuce . . Spinach, mushroom
    10. Veggie omelet - masroom, egg whites
    11. Almonds, walnuts. Black raisins, cranberries, cashews, green raisins, salted pistachio, sunflower seeds
    12. Paneer tikka or tofu tikka or egg salad or soup
    13. Water

    I lost 10 kg but over a period of time. I just went low carbohydrate. No sugar; no processed foods; no starches; no fruit; no vegetables that grow underground. Avoid cashews, pistas and peanuts as well as yellow pumpkin.They all contain carbohydrates. Yes, to all forms of dairy; nuts and seeds; salad vegetables like coloured capsicum, cucumber, tomatoes and lettuce; cooked vegetables, spices and sprouts. Yes, to eggs, meat and fish. Remember that dals all contain carbohydrates too beside protein. To add extra fiber, I added Isabgol and pure wheat bran. As I have really bad constipation I added two prunes at night even though they are a fruit. It takes some getting used to but the results are rewarding. Drink lots of water first, if you feel hungry, coffee and tea afterwards. Never have a cheat day. This ruins your weight loss. You can play around with these food items. You should use olive oil, pure ghee, butter and virgin coconut oil. Please avoid all seed oils. If you stay low carbohydrate then there is no prescribed amount of fats you can have, but do have some at every meal as it keeps you full. This worked for me and that is why I am sharing it.

      Belly fat is visceral fat - fat which surrounds your internal organs. Subcutaneous fat is what lies just under your skin.
      VIRGIN coconut oil I has been proved to reduce this fat . Have at least a tablespoon daily - do not heat. It has a pleasant taste and flavour.

    i agree we need Protein more but your diet if having more protein and less good Fats and Fiber, too much of protein can lead to rise in uric acid levels, as per the chart you should consume (0.8 grms per kg * weight) of protein, this intake will cross the level of daily protein consumption and will turn into fats. no antioxidants and electrolytes are added to the plan. why?

      I am not a dietician and don’t understand all this calculation. I get my protein from eggs, dairy and dal sprouts. When you have to do all this calculation, you get bored. Know which foods have carbohydrates, including alcohol, sugars/jaggery, vegetables that grow underground, fruit etc. For Uric acid, flush it out of your system by drinking lots of water.

      I don’t have large amounts of protein. I am vegetarian so my protein comes from one egg, some milk and yoghurt, some cheese, sprouts and some dals. I get lots of fibre from wheat bran, cooked and raw vegetables, nuts and seeds. Uric acid has to be flushed out by drinking lots of water. That is what was recommended and it worked. I do have a bit more fat than I used to but not excessive amounts. Each one’s body is different so please do what works for you.

    My diet plan is also almost similar to this but at night I'll have soup that's it for 10 days I have lost 3kg
    Morning total 1ltr water 1 glass, for breakfast oats banana half apple half pomegranate
    For lunch only 2 eggs with whole bread and for dinner soup

    Intermittent fasting is the effective way to lose weight. That is two or one time meal with low carb, moderate protein and healthy fats. Eating all the time will spike your blood sugars and end up diabetic.

    This is not low carb high protien diet, this is a low calorie diet, this will put a person in lot of calorie deficit hence weight loss.... But one will lose muscles too..

      They are Indian :) I will try giving you English translations. Amla = Indian Gooseberry. Methi = Fenugreek. White chana/ black chana = Chickpeas, the one which is used to make hummus. Moong = green gram. Hope this helps. All the best.

      Please try Sucralose - brand Natura. It is made from sugar but altered so that it isn't absorbed by the body. I have used it in limited quantity for over 25 years now. It has no after taste.

    One should be really stupid to believe that you can burn 10 kgs in 10 days. You can burn 10 kgs if you starve. But it will come back the moment you eat again. Ask a simple question. Did I gain these 10 kgs in 10 days? If not, you can’t burn it in 10 days either. Even if you do, it’s not sustainable.

      I do a 800kcal diet and burning in the gym about 600 i lose about 0.8 to 1.2 kg a day with this diet but u need to train everyday and every 2 weeks u eat a bit more kcal i lost 32 kg in 3 months

    What about cutting all carbs, eat a lit more protein with a lot of green vegetables and supplement in Omega 3/6+ multivitamines and doing 10 hours of walking a day ? Is it dangerous somehow ? (Heart, kidney,liver) ?

      Some exercise is good for everyone, stretching, aerobic, muscle building and balance etc. It may help to raise your metabolic rate but how much time can you spare daily? Weight loss through exercise is a myth. Stick to a very low carb diet and continue for the rest of your life. Supplements are not always safe so ask a doctor. I have increased my fats intake - butter, olive oil and coconut oil. I also have fiber from bran, and chia seed. This very low carb diet has worked for me and the weight has stayed off. All my scans and diagnostics including cardiac are perfect. I am 76.
