Thanks once again for an entertaining video. I know you're not trying to entertain but listening to you and your wife sharing stories and being honest with each other is very refreshing. I'm sure there are lots more stories to come! Once minor thing which I notice is that you have a reverse image on your video (I presume by the reverse writing on your cap). I was watching a video and someone was explaining something about the left and right side of their body and I was totally confused until I realised it was back to front because of reverse image.

I also love being a part of a team. I've always wondered if it is a product of being the middle child? Being a part of team gives us purpose and belonging where we may not feel it elsewhere. Coming together makes us more productive and gives us reasons to be proud of ourselves and everyone we're surrounded by. Well said. One thing I like about teamwork is watching everyone grow in their skills and learn from each other. There is friendly competition and celebration of accomplishments that builds strong bonds and comradery.
I loved listening to your experiences leading the kitchen!! I once worked for a company where my best friend was my manager and we often went out in the field together. We always kept it professional as far as understanding our roles, but she ran our crews pretty much in the same way that you described and never asked anyone to do anything she wasn't willing to do herself. Those memories are some of my favorite ones. She was a natural leader! Sounds like you were exactly the kind of manager anyone would want to work with! You definitely are a natural leader. You can even see it in the way you communicate in your videos and within the community!

I lived in a haunted house that my mom still lives in since 1997. I can relate to you on that subject for sure lol. I’ve experienced my share of creepy things in that house and still do when I go visit my mom on weekends it’s an acreage My dad was told that someone died on the property. Also, we found that out later. Awesome video man can’t wait to hear about it on your next video. I love paranormal stuff.

Portal Hypertension causes spider angiomas. Itchy skin is from the bile salt building up in the blood due to cirrhosis. Also red palms. My cirrhosis is from Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis. People, even Doctors assume I am alcoholic. I also I don’t qualify for a transplant. Because is having so many complications of the cirrhosis.

Happy Father’s Day. I’m off for an extended hospital stay at the hospital. I’m taking ear plugs, a blanket and eye covers… the bullying online got louder and louder. So I took my channel down. Only my community tab remains. Hopefully they can help me with my drinking and my will to keep going.

I am on tenterhooks for the ghost stories.
Your comments about missing being a chef sent me on a nostalgia trip. I worked in restaurants for about 10 years. Started out busing tables, then serving, food expeditor and bartending. I loved working in the kitchen with the cooks being the expo/food quality control, did that for about 7 years. The comradery and the feeling of group accomplishment after kicking ass during a crazy rush of orders. It can be so fun with a good group of cooks. The jokes and pranks :)
Ultimately, the restaurant industry was not a good environment for an alcoholic/addict like myself and I had to move on. All employees got 50% off all food and drink any time any day so I pretty much drank there 5-7 days a week and drank until close after every shift I worked.
A change of work environment was very helpful and it forced me to try some other jobs I never considered. I'm one of the lucky ones who miraculously never got a DUI so I was able to get my commercial drivers license and been driving semi for 4 years now. This never would have been possible if I hadn't gone through treatment and living in a sober house etc.

I grew up in the South and I think LD has a southern accent, just different than Mrs. LD's. There are obviously lots of different southern accents.
