Thanks for the video, y'all. For Mrs. LD - how do you deal with any lasting resentment or extend grace toward your husband now that things have changed?
Things like running naked down the middle of a busy four-lane highway or nearly drowning from drunk kayaking make me think you have more lives than a cat or else a Secret Service-grade guardian angel always willing to take a bullet for you. Seems like something in the universe has been trying to keep you alive despite your own devil-may-care tendencies . . . Glad it gave you some guardrails since you didn't have them yourself. 🙏❤

The combo of surging testosterone and cultural and sociological forces (plus cerebral cortices not fully formed until age 25) seems a recipe for so much insane and often dangerous, self-destructive behavior. Yeah, women can be a little wild, too, but I don't think it's in the same ballpark. Hence, raising sons is such a challenge-how to keep them from gravitating to such behavior or at least how to help them survive it. . . I wish you luck and wisdom on this front. 🙏❤
Another good documentary to watch is, "drugged" Ryan's story. He was so addicted to vodka. Unfortunately he did pass away. But it really shows the way the body and mind gets with alcohol addiction. I'm sure you can relate too. I had a friend that would drink exactly like him. I was so blind to alcoholism to that extent when I was young. They need to show these videos to young people to scare them straight. What someone with cirrhosis looks like. End stage liver failure. I know I would've took drinking more seriously if I saw the pain people went through.

I watch alot of recovering alcoholic channels. Nobody talks about constant ear ringing and short deafness with dizziness fatigue. Maybe i have diabetes idk
Throwing up sobers me up, i keep drinking after. Is that normal? Im sure its not, just drinking enough to feel sick is too much. Its funny i dont care in the moment. Alcohol is scary i wish it would be illegal

Can u imagine? I didn’t know until much later. I asked her to let him fall before knowing all this. I had a hunch. He was so mean! Like even made fun of our kiddo!! Like mean vengeful Idk how or why she enabled him She enabled him to his death Idk LD

Us types just know when something isn’t quite right. Hugs If I had only known. The Worst part someone can do to another is take away someone’s choice or voice. If I had only known … It’s too late. Living with that God I can’t think about it. Sadness turns to rage 😡 Easier to feel angry at him

Sister in law & Jimmy went to Rome 6-7 yrs ago on a cruise.
He had crashed so hard she had to get a wheelchair & wheeled him around Rome.
