Believe in yourself. No matter what anyone says believe you are a-ok. Confidence comes from strong belief in oneself. Awhile or so ago I was taking a weekend class and someone did not like some silly shirt I had purchased years ago. They were fixated on telling me they did not like the shirt. It seemed trivial and I politely listened and then went about my day. I realized when I thought of that encounter if only I could be so centered in every encounter like I had been that day but it is an example of the power of confidence.

I use to work building maintenance and got to know a lot of people and I had a chance to talk to a fireman and he told me that a lot of firemen have extramarital affairs because some women throw themselves at them. As we were checking the building for fire codes one woman in her office saw his badge and went straight for him smiling and was very flattering. The thing is he was nerdy looking. My commercial refrigeration teacher that was an ex-policeman basically said the same thing. I have already done some of those things on that list. I just bought a motorcycle about two months ago. I bought it to fix and to learn how to fix it. It has six cylinders. I bought to moderately customize and ride to the gym because where I live the gym isn't close to me. I also bought it to take on long trips. Right now just looking for the right woman that suits me. YOU have been a lot of help to a lot of us Anna. I appreciate your knowledge.

Anna, your looking great. I love the reduced eye lash makeup and shorter strait hair. look. You probably know men are stimulated by lip stick. Red is the most exciting so go for it. Having aged out of high testosterone is a blessing for me. I now have multiple female friends of all ages without a compulsive urge to mount them. I find real friendship is much better than "LOVE". Love is like a drug that has you doing things you would never otherwise do. True friendship allows all parties to be themselves and can also include benefits not necessarily sexual. I may reconnect with past wives to see if there is any friendship interest. I'll avoid the narcissus one thanks to what I have learned from you.

Hello Anna and happy Sunday and how are you and your health now?
So, you had talked about being masculine and confidence many times and the things you mentioned some of which I'm already does and some other useful points I'll add it in my list and one of my guy friend who is older than me told me to learn a martial art but I have to make time to learn it and we'll see about that and about knowing how to dance it's important but that dance steps the way Tom Hiddleston danced that doesn't necessarily seems masculine to me but the dance which has to be some different but it's a very good video and the good tips. Thanks Anna and lot of love and hugs for you.

Energy: The way you started, either your energy was soaring, or (more likely) you were freezing in the light sweater (wrote too soon; the move to the car proved my second supposition). The background was banging, BTW! Mastery of skills yields confidence: absolutely! I've taught myself plumbing, electric, auto mechanics, lawn mower repair, and even luthiership of folk instruments (e.g., I've built a few Appalachian dulcimers) among other things. Finding out that you can achieve what you desire does amazing things for the confidence! Grill meat: haven't too much occasion for that, but I can cook a sweet ham (get requests for that fairly frequently) and make a mean pot of chili (several types, but often Cincinnati style). Does the pitch of your voice rise as your body temperature drops? Seems like it could. Praying for you always! God bless! -- Russ P PS/Lipstick on the teeth: merely a convenient excuse for a man in your life to suggest that he remove it by kissing you for, say, 10 or 15 minutes (or longer ;)!

Really like this video. All of the points resonate with me, although I am not a gun person (I live in Australia, we don't allow them here). I get all of my masculine activities through racing and cruising yachts, which I do with my wife. I build radio controlled racers, and compete at a high level. I catch fish, slaughter, prepare, cook and eat them. etc. The final points about accountability are really relevant to a disagreement I am having with a female friend - I have told her that I don't endorse her thoughts about stepping out on husband, and she has de-friended me as a result. She is angry, and I am the instigator. So I have taken responsibility for expressing my (male) view, and it feels much better than pretending I am the victim, or blaming her.

@@YourWingmam thanks. My friend's situation is apparently very common. She complains her husband is inadequate (although he is a gentleman and great dad), she has banished him to the spare room, while she yearns for an alpha male with money so she can monkey branch to a new stepdad for her 3 young kids, and toss hubbie out. I understand it's hypergamy, somewhat delusional, and I know this is the way many women think - it's hardwired. I miss my friend, but as a man I have to say it's wrong and she needs to shape up - and I am owning it. That's what real men do, right?

I know she didn’t mean it bad, but considering how many rejections I get, just because I don’t manage to be masculine enough to get those tingles of danger.
    it stings.
I am so much more comfortable with myself and confident, and I don’t understand why a guy that is empathetic and kind, helpful and emotionally intelligent is considered feminine
I am so understanding that I am instantly therapist zoned
I don’t Simp for these girls. I definitely didn’t simple for our secretary Work, but apparently I have a feminine ear about me.
    That I just can’t shake
    Yet ….

#5 ... In my 40s i learned how to play guitar. I took a group course at a local college. Lesson one was how to dance, because the teacher said he'd rather play with mediocre musicians who can dance than great musicians who can't dance. I joined my first band at 48. It's something else. Being in a band gives me a social life, social proof, and the attention from women is borderline uncomfortable now. P.s. 60k firefighter? Our bass player is a firefighter (captain) and makes a buck fifty... different country, though . The public sector here pays really well

    • @YourWingmam
      @YourWingmam  6 месяцев назад

Great point on playing the guitar. Learning any instrument is great but polls do suggest women think the guitar is the sexiest for a man to play. So if anyone doesn’t have a favourite instrument already and wants to learn one, keep that in mind. Also, the point about the firefighter is more about real-world heroism than income. Adjust accordingly for your market. :))

1)Do hard things=work. Designing and installing HVAC systems in houses from additions to 6000 ft Mansions.
3)Take calculated risks=taking more difficult dance classes knowing that I have coordination and agility issues moving to some of those dance steps being taught
    4) Master a skill=slowly fixing up a 1950's house.
5&6)Build something. Gotta destrpy something if you want to rebuild it.
7)Wilderness survival=does hiking and biking almost every weekend count....and not on a stationary bike.
10)BBQ meat. Love to do it. No one to do it for except myself
11)Learn how to dance=5.5 years of Tango dancing
    12)no s#&@ talking about myself=
Well, only on my Tango dancing
    13)Be accountable=always.

Anna, remain calm in certain circumstances and act accordingly. I remember a small child was about to drown in a swimming pool, so I remained very calm and acted immediately, saving the child. Parents thanked me, but I found this very normal and did not tell anybody about it. (That was in southern France 🇫🇷) Apparently, the mother of the child told other people, including an attractive young woman (Stéphanie, whom I was friends with). So the next morning Stéphanie said to me, "Yves, I heard you saved a child yesterday in the swimming pool." So I just replied," Yes, but that's no big deal. Happy the girl is fine." Stéphanie did not see it that way and started to develop deeper feelings for me. Unfortunately, I had to decline since I already had a girlfriend (Fanny), who was in Spain, visiting her grandparents at that time. Never told Fanny about it cause I did not want to upset her for nothing, and trust me, French southern women are really great, but can really freak out if they hear another woman has feelings for their man/boyfriend or are hitting on their man/boyfriend. Yes, even getting physical.
