I'm not even a vegetarian but hey loved this, it a keeper. Made it at 9 in the morning in advance of re-heating for tea but had it half eaten by dinner time!!
I made this for dinner today and used low fat yogurt and low fat cheese! My god it was soooo yummy! Thank you so much for these super easy meals. Makes our busy lives so much easier :) love your channel!
Ours came out well. Very good. Added mushrooms. Didn't have sour cream so we used ricotta, milk and evap milk. Swiss and havarti instead of cheddar cheese. Thank you.
I made it tonight and it was yummy! I added some mushrooms and to make it vegan, I used soja yoghurt instead of sour cream and topped it with a mix of nutritional yeast and breadcrumbs instead of cheese. Thank you.
Lovely, and YAY, no eggs!!!! I didn't have any leeks so I had to sub in onions and cabbage, still delicious. Also, I don't eat any animal products so I used soy yogurt and cheese, and it was wonderful and so simple!

It's not vegan but it is vegetarian, I believe
