I would love some more recipes like quiche Lorraine. It would help to have the measurements. Such as how much crème fraîche and how much cheese. Thanks

    Looks good! 🙂
That reminds me of Shepard's Pie.
As a matter of fact, I think Shepard's Pie was invented to feed workers from Quebec who were building a railroad, if I remember.

What's Shepard's pie ? I feel like I heard of it in the US but don't remember what it is

@@manonbtravels6343 it is just like what you made but with potatoes and meat. I think it was fed to men from Quebec building a railroad in the 1800s and became popular in the US and Canada.

Manon that looks so delicious! Can you send me a piece? Hehe do you watch the Olympics at all? I was watching the mens downhill a few days ago and saw that a 41 year old man from france won the silver, the oldest to ever get a medal in that event which I thought was pretty cool!

Manon Wow that looked so good when it was done- I hope it was. Not sure I've heard of Leeks although it sounds familiar, but definitely never had them although the rest of it sounded good :) Gonna make a good wife someday.

Thank you ! Yes it was super good ! Maybe I will just need to add a tiny bit more sour cream to it but otherwise it was delicious. I did not realize so many people did not know of leek because here in France it is so well known !

I heard in order to stay alive. The average French citizen must eat 10,000 pounds of bread and cheese per day
    Is this true or false

True, and also drink at least 2 liters of wine I heard 🧐
