What would happen if you put two beaten eggs in this recipe? I'm afraid to try, but it seems it might be good. I rely on your opinions in this regard. I hope you will make many more French dishes as I need to learn French cooking as my mother did it so well. I should have paid attention!
Dear Kevin All the leeks I find have sand down to the roots so I rince them in several bowls of water,eliminate the pre boiling. All that good leek flavor is leftin dish. SHAME ON AVERY
