Anthony is sweet and all that and famous due to his media presence and good looks (according to some) and great pr companies but there must be hundreds of great trained chefs who have perfected the art of cooking who deserve to be seen and heard.

How can you not know what temperature to set and cooking minutes for your dish? 🤦🏽You don’t use metal utensils when mixing in glass measuring cup or glass bowls. 🙆🏻 He didn’t go to culinary school and definitely not a chef. Did really create original recipes for the book? Disappointed Drew would pass a reality actor off as if he’s a professional with experience giving cooking advice. Get a bonafide Chef who knows the do and the don’t and why. Get Master Chef Juniors season winners.
This is a book about his recipes, got nothing to do with real chefs.
