Ethical Dilemma / Steps for Social Workers

When social worker's face an ethical decision we rush for NASW Code of Ethics. In 2008 the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) developed a training curriculum that describes decision making through 14 sequential steps. In this video I share each step and even answer the age old question- should you "friend" a client on social media? Hope this video helps in any and all ethical dilemmas in social work.
