Looking good. You are going deep into the engine build. I’ve put them together before and didn’t measure anything with mostly good results but that was when I was young. I would toss together junk yard parts and the next day 1000 mile road trip good times
Very conscientious work; I see some surface rust spots on some of your components; try to get a light coat of oil to prevent that before you put them together.

Hopefully I can fire it up before the rust gets bad. Even the brand new flywheel started rusting after only about a month sitting on the bench
David Visard is not a fan of Plastigauge either.
Motor is going to be really good. Probably run for 10 years+
