I remember being a kid and we were at Dulles International Airport going some place for vacation and I used to check the payphones for change and sometimes I felt like I struck it rich by finding a few quarters in it. I really never used a payphones and now they don't seem to exist anymore. Looks like you all had a simple and safe Happy New Year.
Been to Joyous Resort when I was a kid too back in the late 70's. It was really nice back then.

Magandang Hapon, Its Thursday Jan 4 2024,. The Temperature in Quezon City is 31C. at 1.55p. Its been several weeks since I asked if you had any recommendations for the Beaches/Resorts in your area, since your wife is from Bataan. To date I did not see a response. I am not sure if you received the comment.
Your instincts were right in they were too motivated. Additionally you not being enough time to fully and adequately look into Title and other papers documenting ownership were probably Red Flags that all was not in order. Rushed decisions are almost always regretted on some level.
I can highly recommend Las Casas and Montemar in Bagac. Both are very nice. Camaya Coast is a popular destination in Bataan. Morong, Bagac, and Mariveles have many nice beach resorts. We havent been to many in Bataan. We usually go up to Zambales.
