ugh good grief...these comments. People if you don't like honey, don't use it!! Thank you so much for the video. I really appreciated all the recipes. Can't wait to try them.
Thank you for this wonderful no oil variety of dressings, sauce and a dip. I have wanted more variety in plant based dressings for a long time. This video was the jackpot!!! Thanks!
Ive been vegan since 2009..seen a lot of sauce recipes but..that aquafaba trick along with the salsa sauce and the mexican salsa with taco seasoning was brilliant! thank you for sharing ❤
OH MAN!! The peanut sauce!!! 🎉🎉🎉. I’ve never liked it …but as therapy tonight I made a few of your sauces…the peanut was last WOW I looooved it! I had to make some food so I could eat it right then!! Thank you!!
I just found you and am loving you so far and these dressing recipes are the bomb! QQ, have you ever used a cashew powder in dressings instead of the whole cashews? Curious how it would turn out.
Where can I download these top 10 oil free salad dressings? Love your videos. I’m a newbie to eating plant life. your grocery list. Suggestions are wonderful.
Great variety, thanks. Another quick tip for liquifying cashews without a high power blender... just dry blend them into powder first, before adding your liquids, then blend well. If it still seems gritty just let it sit a couple minutes and blend again. Curious where you get your cashews since you seem to use them quite a bit. They're pricey and sometimes hard to find around here, and my online purchases have been iffy.
Thanks Ali, they look really yummy! Do you use raw cashews and do you have a bulk choice for them? Have you tried pink Himalayan salt or Celtic salt. It has some benefits healthwise with natural incurring minerals. Another great salt is Real salt. Might be a healthier choice for your beautiful family. You are truly lovely!❤
Thank you! I use raw cashews most of the time. I buy them at Aldi. I usually use iodized salt since iodine is something that my kids and I could be lower in on a plant-based diet.
Hello, Ali - These dressings look wonderful, but I am allergic to cashews. Many vegan recipes are out. Do you have a suggestion for another nut (except pistachio) substitution, please? Thank you!
They should be raw but I was given a large bag of roasted cashews from a friend so mine were roasted but the recipe calls for raw. Either way it works!
Very disappointing seeing mostly cashew recipes. We are allergic to all tree nuts. Too many other people are also so I would be very hesitant to serve these. Not to mention that 2/3 cup of cashews are 500 calories. I like all of your other videos a lot.
You can use tahini or white beans instead. You just need to adjust the liquids to your consistency liking if you choose to add tahini. And btw yeah you’re right the calorie intake is high when you use nuts or even seeds but it’s salad dressing so i wouldn’t be consuming the whole thing in one sitting. But of course if you’re doing this for weight loss or high cholesterol these things add up.
Goodness gracious! She is sharing a recipe FOR EVERYONE ~ not just "vegans". She used maple syrup, because she is whole-food, plant-based, but she said, "you can use honey IF YOU'RE NOT VEGAN". She was super clear. She wasn't "advising" people to use honey. She was saying it was an alternative IF YOU'RE NOT VEGAN.

Totally agree! Some vegans can be so annoying.
So find a vegan blog ! No one is forcing you to watch.
@@maggie2936-q1m Agree. More of the world would be plant based if it wasn't for the damn vegans.

Wonderful...been looking for dressings like this....side note...I use raw sunflower seeds instead of cashews.
Brilliant!

Thank you Ali. I’m always trawling for dressing recipes, now all in one place.. too good.

Such a great tip!! I buy them at Aldi, which is an inexpensive grocery store in my area.
@@plantwhys I only shop at Aldi, but ours just has roasted cashews. I got a gift just today though, my son and DIL got me a big bag from Costco! Yay!
Great dressings! We use a few similar ones but I've never tried the salsa one. Looks good!
It's so good! Definitely try it!
I just made a couple of dressings today but next weekend when I make more I’m going to try your recipes. ❤

Thank you!
Love the balsamic dressing. Is it the 4% balsamic vinegar or the regular 25% acidity??
Love your recipes! How long do these dressings last in the fridge on average? 😊 Thank you again!
Glad you like them! Most have lasted up to a month for me! (Some even longer depending on the ingredients)

What cookbook are you using for these recipes?
Is there a way to turn the music off? It’s so distracting.
Hello, Ali - These dressings look wonderful, but I am allergic to cashews. Many vegan recipes are out. Do you have a suggestion for another nut (except pistachio) substitution, please? Thank you!
Many people use seeds or beans in place of nuts. Sunflower seeds or white beans are good options. Silken tofu can also be used.
@@esullie Thank you! Heading to the blender for some quality time right now!
Do you have a video on top 10 sauces? Top 10 dips?
This is all I have so far but that’s actually a brilliant idea!
Is there a substitution for apple cider vinegar? Lemon for the acid maybe?
What is this cookbook you are showing?

As we are learning more and more, that nuts may not be the best thing to eat. I would sure love to see an alternative.
In my latest weight loss hack video I taught 2 potato based dressings. You will love them!
White berms are a very good alternative for cashews
Thank you for these recipes. Do we use raw cashews? And where do you recommend buying these in bulk?
I get them from Aldi but that store isn’t everywhere. Others use Azure Standard for bulk purchases.
🥗 since vinegar destroys teeth and bones I would replace it with LEMON 🍋 JUICE
Just asked this very question! Thank you🙏💜
Where are the recipes for these?
Sorry, I still need to go back through my old videos and post the recipes. I used to not do that. I do now though.
My question is the amount of salt in your recipes. Isn’t salt restricted on stroke patients diet?
Is that cookbook available that has all of these recipes?

Sadly almost all of these include cashews or peanuts which I’m allergic to. 😢
I substitute tofu for the nuts in the creamy dressings.
You can also blend soy milk with cornstarch to thicken it up.
You can always use cannellini beans too
The cashews look roasted is that correct or are they raw?
They should be raw but I was given a large bag of roasted cashews from a friend so mine were roasted but the recipe calls for raw. Either way it works!
These all look delicious. It’s unfortunate they are all calorically dense and high in sodium. So not for everyone but I am sure they taste great
They can easily be adapted to individual needs. ❤️
She said you can leave out the salt in the beginning if you are SALT FREE.
USE WHITE BEANS INSTEAD OF NUTS.
Great tip! Thanks for sharing!

Use any type of white beans instead of nuts.
My favorite substitution is cannellini beans 1:1. And they are much less expensive.

Thank you so much for the information on substituting beans for the nuts! VERY HELPFUL!!❤
You could use navy beans. I have used them in other recipes ..plus it's a bump in protein
No oil, high salt, high fat dressings
Not oil free if you're using nuts and seeds.
When they say oil free they’re talking about commercially available cooking oils. Using whole nuts and seeds is considered oil free but not fat free.
Cashews are so full of fat.
You're obviously not vegan. Have you considered you should not advise people to use honey any more than you should advise them to use veal?
