Hi Joe. The Bimini is quite popular. Beautiful home. The only thing I would change is would want my sink and dishwasher on the center island. Why am I walking with dirty pots and pans to the outer island? Saw another Bimini model with a pool bath by the laundry as it should be so ppl are not walking wet through your home to get to a mid or front bathroom. I can’t get over how Orlando has now sprawled all the way out to Clermont now. I left in 2005 (military) and I remember Hunters Creek being the elite development close to WDW. I miss Orlando

⭐⭐⭐ Joe, good video work although you didn't show the water-closet in the first floor primary bathroom. Nice property, however, I would have to remove the carpet due to my spouse's allergies, plus add glass doors to all bathrooms due to my spouse disliking shower curtains. Furthermore, I would have to add a rain-shower overhead in the 2nd. level primary bathroom. In addition, I would have to add a pot-filler in the kitchen since we use ours all the time, and add a builtin refrigerator, and a 2nd. dishwasher, because these items are what to be expected from a luxury home. Stay Safe & Healthy.

Question for you, can you have a sink closer to the stove or could you have two sinks? I am just trying to imagine carrying a hot pot of boiling pasta around the island to get to the sink. Love your videos!

Hi Joe. Every time I see the pool I feel sorry for myself. The pool company postponed my starting date to next February. Now you know how frustrated I am. Unbelievable!!
It's lovely but the family/living rooms are always so (relatively) small. With six bedrooms, it's hard to see where everyone would gather on Xmas morning, for instance. As usual, there are 3 places to eat though 😂

With the kitchen sink island in the living room, you can just turn your stools around to watch tv. Or, two people can sit at the end of each couch and turn their heads sideways to watch tv and then go to a chiropractor after to put the necks back in place. Yeah, their kitchen area is made wrong. Should never be only a 8 foot deep living room.
