Great question!! Very hard to pick one specifically because they all have their own uniqueness that I like! Will probably have to do a video covering these! Stay tuned!
I dont mean to be so off topic but does anyone know of a method to log back into an Instagram account..? I was stupid forgot my login password. I appreciate any tricks you can offer me!
@Ace Jake Thanks for your reply. I found the site on google and I'm in the hacking process atm. Looks like it's gonna take a while so I will reply here later with my results.
Oh please, nice closet though. Whats the base price if this house, just what I need includes a pool. Kitchen is mines. Waiting for retirement in a couple months.
I wish builders would place the living room area away from the master bedroom. The main breadwinners of the home need peace and quiet and if any other members of the home want to stay up later and watch tv ,the noise is just outside the master bedroom. Also closet size should always be bigger not smaller. Thanks.
They won't let you purchase 2 lots without purchasing 2 homes as well. They do have some larger conservation lots that may be available if you're interested.
Beautiful home but the space to get around I the kitchen is bad you cannot open the oven door and stand in front of it. Or to mention one the fridge. These builders are cutting space left and right , family have to stay slim.
Hey bro it depends on what size and specs you're looking for but generally $250K to $300K will get you a nice new construction home in the surrounding areas.
Marlon J. Persaud, REALTOR® I’m Guyanese. Questions. Lol. Why is the Davenport area cheaper? Older neighborhood. Further from shopping? Less schools? Industrial area? Why?
It's more industrial and tourist based because it's in Polk County and closer to Disney vs Clermont which is more Residential based and in Lake County which usually gets a bigger budget from the state to make improvements etc. Schools are also a tad better as well but def great value in Davenport!
Marlon J. Persaud, REALTOR® thanks so much. I would think tourist based and closer to Disney more expensive. Guess the industrial part knocks it down. Anyway, thanks again.
Marlon ....I want this house. I will be contacting you soon. I have some questions. Perfect house for me. Thumb down on the pantry👎🏼 I'll try to work that out, everything else....perfect
Honestly...PLEASE, PLEASE, DO NOT put this guy in your videos again. Found your channel few months ago and subscribed. Been waiting for your new video...but this was VERY ANNOYING having this guy messing with the flow and vibe that you normally give off. (Which is why I like your videos) I get that he's in the sales office but maybe next time have him at the end or maybe off to the side somewhere...WITH LESS INTERRUPTION. :/
Marlon, do you by any chance happen to be a (long removed) relative of the deputy chief minister of Bihar? He is Prasad just like you. Your answer will be of ZERO consequence to me and quite frankly I don't even give half a fk to your reply.
I am very tired of the open concept, every house you show looks the same. Their is no imagination used in the floor plans. It would be nice to see a house that has some privacy in it. Who wants to have their bedroom right off the living room where every one gathers? And if the kitchen is large enough, they don't need to have it open tp the living room. Sorry but this is my opinion.
Hey Marillyn I completely understand what you're saying! I actually might know of a few floorplans where the master is separate and a little more traditional. I will try to make videos of some of those for you and see what you think. 🙂
I, actually, kinda disagree and I don't even have kids. Those with a family want to see what everyone is up to. Makes sense. But, if you don't have people around... it's nice to enjoy the large space. This guy sounds enthusiastic about the place and he come off extremely likeable. That's hard to do.
I love this home
Very nice home
It is!
My internet crush is back!👏🏾💖
😊
I really like the layout and space is awesome.
What are you best location you been to.. lake nona, clearmont, winter park ect?
Great question!! Very hard to pick one specifically because they all have their own uniqueness that I like! Will probably have to do a video covering these! Stay tuned!
YOURE BACK!!!
😁😁
Whoa!!!! That pool tho!
I know right! One of the best Community pools and amenities I've come across so far!
Perfect house and perfect explained💯🙋♀️
Thank you sir!
Where is the dining room?
Love it! Only thing missing is my bathtub in the master.
And that can be added so it's a match!!! 😁
Amazing floor plan... liked it alott👍👍
Glad you liked it! 🙂
I love the window in the water closet. A tub in the master is required for soaking these old bones. Lol
I dont mean to be so off topic but does anyone know of a method to log back into an Instagram account..?

@Ace Jake it worked and I now got access to my account again. I'm so happy!
Thank you so much, you saved my ass!
@Andrew Karsyn glad I could help xD
Loved it ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️! Perfect house 🏠👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Glad you liked it! 🙂
About time you posted a video! I think this might be the one!
Glad you like it! 😁
The large open kitchen, dining and livingroom space is perfect for family gatherings. 🏡
Absolutely!!
Vaulted ceiling in the master would've been nice. Which is a safer neighborhood, Clermont or Davenport?
How can I get in touch with you to discuss this model in a future community?
Yes they have these in many other neighborhoods and areas! Give us a call! 407-305-4165
Is beautiful home
It sure is! I'm glad you like it!
Lovely home! Great ceiling height! I would reconfigure the master bathroom and add a bathtub! (I’d probably upgrade the kitchen cabinets as well)
The tub seems to be a popular request!
Helo again. Very nice presentation and is the best first floor model, I loved
Thank you! Glad you liked it! 🙂
From your experience do you find easier to get financing on the home through their partner bank?
Yes. We bought a house using their lender. They have about $20K in incentives. I don't know if things may have changed since then.
Oh please, nice closet though. Whats the base price if this house, just what I need includes a pool. Kitchen is mines. Waiting for retirement in a couple months.
Deepak is like the shop assistant that follows you around the store 😂
Hahaha. Noooo Deepak is that helpful sales associate that doesn't pressure anyone into anything.
No new home tours lately?I miss them and the way you breakdown model homes
MJP thanks for the video. So for the builders to add a pool the buyer has to shell out 50 percent and finance the rest?
How can I build this design in Davenport?
We can get you setup in the neighborhood in Davenport. Give us a call. 407-305-4165
It’s a nice model. I visited the model couple months ago but the kitchen island is actually extended. Any lake view available?
Yes it shows well! No Lakeview available at the moment. Mostly conservation and interior lots right now.
I wish builders would place the living room area away from the master bedroom. The main breadwinners of the home need peace and quiet and if any other members of the home want to stay up later and watch tv ,the noise is just outside the master bedroom. Also closet size should always be bigger not smaller. Thanks.
Those are some great points you made! I could see you designing your own custom home! 🙂
Yes I agree, the master should be tucked away preferably closer to the kitchen.
Wow! You have definitely stepped up your game. Love this model. Park Square Homes rock!
Thank you! Glad you liked it! 🙂
Hey do you do mobile homes in Florida for 55plus
NICE home!!! Thank you and Deepak!!! Are there similar models with larger lots or could you purchase 2 lots? If possible, what would be the cost?
They won't let you purchase 2 lots without purchasing 2 homes as well. They do have some larger conservation lots that may be available if you're interested.
I am going to look you up when I am ready to sell and move to Clermont!
Looking forward to it! 🙏🏾
This home needs a hood fan. The front bathroom should be a shower, not a tub.
That can be arranged!
Beautiful home but the space to get around I the kitchen is bad you cannot open the oven door and stand in front of it. Or to mention one the fridge. These builders are cutting space left and right , family have to stay slim.
😂😂😂
Do you show any home in lake nona? Im interested in buying a home there

Why is the home cheaper in Davenport?
Great question! The Davenport area is generally cheaper in most areas compared to Clermont.

Agree with you totally! I HATE walking into a house and seeing half of it (living, dining, kitchen and family room) because its all open.
