However, for the asking price I would like to see something else than wire-shelf's in pantry, I would also would have to add a pot-filler since we use ours all the time. I would have to get rid off the kitchen counter top since my spouse dislikes the one in this model, I would also have to add the tractor button in the sink as well as the R/O and soap since the spouse demands it. Add also, under cabinet lighting in kitchen. Above all, I need to eliminate the carpet completely since my spouse suffers from serious allergies. In addition, get rid of all shower curtains, add glass doors to all bathrooms and tile all the way up to the ceiling. Happy Thanksgiving Joe.
Hello Joe, Yes, a stunning house with a lot of space! Great entrance area and the 2-story main room. I mean, the kitchen alone is bigger than my whole living room and so great. I'll come over in a moment and make dinner for us !!! And the backjard area with pool. A dream and a nice size! And I agree with you: The small details make a house or apartment special and worth living in. They reflect our personality. And yes extras cost money. That's logic. We have a saying: You only build once in a lifetime, but then you do it right! The 3 bedrooms upstairs are also a good size. Yes, and the master bedroom is actually a suite. Really done fantastic !!! Unfortunately we are back in lockdown and somehow everything is how a year ago or even worse. People are taking to the streets and demonstrating against the Corona policy. Hey Horst-Dieter! This house was a maze to walk through and my favorite part is the two story family room and the primary suite! I loved the separation of this room. Wow, yes, sometimes I forget that it's winter here in Florida. I hope you get sunny days too even though its cold. Oh no, that's terrible to hear that you will be back on lockdown. Joe, real estate prices have just risen to obscene prices over the past couple of years. What is your feeling about the market stabilizing or even dropping a bit over the next couple of years?
Hi Amy, I agree with you 100%, prices have gone up at a wildfire rate. We thought it would have slowed down this summer. With the low inventory and high demand it just makes it harder for the market to stabilize at this time. Hopefully mid next year the market will stabilize. as for the prices to drop, it's not likely to happen in the Central Florida market. Thank you soo much for joining!!
