Like this rear bedroom and hall bath. Love a shower. Tub not needed. Big pantry and spacious drop zone and laundry 🧺 room. Spacious primary. His/hers closet. Cozy en-suite. Don’t need the tub but need a linen closet. Covered lanai with recessed lighting. Pool please 😂. Land slopes a bit. Thought not so big until you walked back and there’s good space for a pool. Oh. Spacious front bath and 2 front bedrooms. The first floor is more than enough with 4 bedrooms. Oh the upstairs bedroom is massive. I believe you are correct it is bigger than the primary. Oh another huge bedroom? And a huge loft. Only thing I would want different is the bedrooms large enough to have en-suites and want a 1/2 bath for the loft visitors 😂 and a 2nd laundry room upstairs. . Amazing home🤗
Hello Joe, a healthy and peaceful New Year 2025. A great house as always and great to see what great weather you have in Florida. It has snowed here for 3 days now and it is 26 degrees F. A casa é linda, mas noto que em muitas casas onde a suite primária é no primeiro andar, deveriam fazer um hall para ficar mais privativo. Parabéns pelos vídeos, são excelentes!
It always baffles me when these builders show you a model that is easily loaded with upgrades that total 30-40% of the base price...then stick wire shelves in the pantry and closets..just like you find in a slumlord managed apartment complex.

2 QUESTIONS : 1-What is the purpose of retention ponds? 2- can it be requested in the shared hall baths to have all showers and no tubs? Thanks.
