Hello Joe, first of all I would like to wish you a healthy and happy new year. The house is nicely done. Of course the huge main room with access to the backyard area. So much space. But the highlight is the 2nd floor. The huge loft area and the two large bedrooms are really a dream. The only thing would be 2 bathrooms. Yes there are many options. For me these are actually 3 master bedrooms and the layout an interesting design that appeals to me very much. We have something like spring since a week. The temperatures are 50 - 57 degrees F. Happy Sunday Joe! Love the curb appeal. The front bedroom has a lot of natural light which is what I like, although I don't like the closet door. Love the open concept. The kitchen is a dream, it has so much room. Love, love, love the wrap around cabinets and counter. I love the custom build-in in the family room with the fireplace, it's perfect. The master suite is great, so glad they put a tub in it. I just love the loft because of the room it has. The extra bedroom has a wonderful size. Just an excellent home plan.
Happy New Year Joe, Omg this home is exquisite I loved it all . You have ready to leave and move to Florida. I love the built ins with the fireplace. The kitchen is a chefs dream, I just saw myself in the kitchen whipping up and kinds of pastries and cakes! Thank you Joe.
Happy New Year Joe. Beautiful home for sure. Master bedroom closets were surprisingly very small. Upstairs areas gorgeous also but also lacking in closet space except that last bedroom. Thanks for the tour.

Joe!!! Good morning and happy healthy new year. 🎇🎆🍾🥂. Love the front elevation. Love the French doors. Whoever’s in the front bedroom better keep it neat as you see into it on entry🤣. 2 front guest bedrooms very spacious. Lovely open concept. Lovely oversized island with 3 side seating. Wrap around is amazing. Herring bone class backsplash is lovely. Gourmet ovens. Even the bows on the pendant lights a nice touch. Large walk-in pantry. Laundry nice but small. No sink or counter but at least has cabinets. Fireplace and built ins are lovely. I’m with you Joe. Don’t like pool users tracking wet through the house. Rear bathroom a must and that is a lovely bath. Oh. Another bedroom. Ok. Nice. Thought the 4 th was upstairs. Sliders are nice if pocket and slide all the way in. Don’t like sliders that you only access 1/2 the closet at a time. Covered lanai nice. Build that pool and outdoor kitchen and the backyard is set. The primary is amazing. Staging, colors, design make such a difference. The en-suite is lovely. Love his/her closets. I had to rewind to see if I missed a linen closet. I would say hold the tub and configure a linen closet and possible larger counter for the back sink if possible and the shower a smidge wider. The upstairs is an amazing space. Love the side buffet. Like the 2 fans. Wait. Another bathroom. Another 2 huge bedrooms. Look at the size of that 2nd closet. I would want a 1/2 bath up there for guests so only the occupants of the bedrooms use the full bath. Amazing home. Thanks so much and see you next video.
Hey Joe, Happy Sunday, Happy New Year!🎊🎉. Love this home, especially with the loft! The upgraded bonus area just takes it to another level. The downstairs open concept is spectacular! However, great home though! Those two rooms upstairs, being larger than the downstairs master🤔...it didn't make sense. It also felt, like there were not enough bathrooms. A couple of other things also, but not enough to be an issue. But can never get enough of your tours (adventures).
That unchanged smoke alarm battery beeping just screams “ghetto” to me. If someone is selling a home, why in the world would they not solve that $3 problem?

Such big rooms with standard closets, its a downer.
