@@senpie2002 Yeah, I still have them. Even though I am 20 kgs heavier now. Maybe because I was 15 and extremely skinny, I managed to get them so easily. Now, I have been bulking the past 4 years and since then I haven't trained specifically for abs, they get involved in different compound exercises I do in my workouts.
I've been drinking three protein shakes a day. as well as doing this twice a day. I've always been a twig and have struggled to define my core. So many workouts don't give you the burn you need. waking up the next morning my cores always sore, yet doing it has become easier since my first day. This gives me that much needed burn! Thank you so much!
+Fay Pierce I appreciate your hard work, but i think u shouldnt drink 3 protein shakes a day, its a dietary supplement after all...just try to eat rice, meat, potatoes, fish and stuff like that and u should be super fine and full of energy.
+xXOphidianXx *dumbest thing i've ever heard, regardless if you're bulking or cutting protein shakes are important, they have bcca's (the most important is leucine) it will keep you anabolic and help tread on the protein synthesis which is great for building AND protecting muscles. Also the guy is a hardgainer you dope*
p.s 3 protein shakes is going over abit tho, if you're a twig, what you need to do is switch to a 'hardgainer' shake 1-2 times is enough ALSO use a bmr online calculator OR free app on your mobile device to find what your *BMR* is so you know how much calories to absorb to reach your goal regardless if its to lose or gain weight
+RUclips LTD my Dr has pushed me too the three a day and I have finally reached the goal weight by doing so. I love and enjoy my routine and the shakes I use. thanks though ;-) I'm a very small female and I'm def not trying to get huge just gain a small amount of weight and cut the small amount of belly pudge I had from giving birth.

Me: *WHEW* What a good workout, Let me pause the video for a little break, I must be like 9 minutes in. *Looks at timer* THREE MINUTES IN (3:00/10:15)!
Back after two months to say WOW!!!!!!!!!!! My core is INSANE!!!!!! The back issues are because of my positioning. Focus on getting your core to take the weight of your body as she said. I also stopped doing the planks because I have a slight lordosis so susceptible to pain. I do side to side plank instead or another core exercise. I also do another exercise during plank step ups and another one that requires you to be in plank Position. This has meant I've saved my back and strengthened my core. I get compliments on my core ALL the time. I almost didn't notice how defined it had gotten. I just did this 4 times back to back - 15-30 second breaks in between. I can pretty much take the whole thing easier than I did the first time. Now I'm wanting to strengthen and define even more but haven't found anything at all THIS GOOD, effective, all round and easy to follow. She is a BRILLIANT personal trainer! (And I'm a qualified personal trainer!)
Valentina Worldwide sorry for my delay!!! The day I wrote it I was able to do it twice over e.g. The routine four times without any issues! I did it once a week and on at least one day twice a week. Besides the aesthetics , my core feels stronger and is stronger and that feels so good. My lower back doesn't hurt anymore. I swapped out the plank for other core exercises after a while coz of the lordosis. Besides that you've to stretch of course. But like I was saying I did this 4 times a week at least! And every two weeks I would do one day where I did morning and night :) some I found really difficult isn't the beginning got easier too which is a really lovely indicator of strength building. This is so effective as a routine! combine with some cardio and obviously good food :) let me know if you have any questions! I have babbled on! Lol! But this core is strong!
@@Dunstlookalike OMG I can’t believe I didn’t respond I’m so sorry! Yes it has !!! You HAVE to connect mind to muscle and if your lower back cant take something - do an alternative exercise. I actually can now do planks easy! I focused on keeping my back on the floor no matter what!! Actually what triggered my lordosis recently was im now really heavy into weights at the gym and I wasn’t stretching out my back anywhere near enough. tight lower Back and tight Hip Flexors (and weak glutes and back) can lead to massive inflammation down there. So my answer Would be YES it did and I’m even more aware now

absolutely fantastic core workout. did that this evening. it killed by abs. I have a goal now . thanks guys
Best 10min core workout ever! 💯
41 years old, 7am in the morning here in shanghai, I can easily do all the 10 minutes, feel so great !!!
I remember doing this workout on a daily basis back in 2019 and I got my abs after a few months. Definitely worth trying.
how often do you do this exercise?
@@Mj-gg6iv I'd recommend taking a 1 or 2 day gap between days so your muscles can recover, if you can do 2 in a day and take a 1-2 day rest that would be very beneficial
Dam bro thx. Have u still got your abs?
@@senpie2002 Yeah, I still have them. Even though I am 20 kgs heavier now. Maybe because I was 15 and extremely skinny, I managed to get them so easily. Now, I have been bulking the past 4 years and since then I haven't trained specifically for abs, they get involved in different compound exercises I do in my workouts.
The way at the end she says “see you back here tomorrow” and you cry because you know its true 😭😭😭
Hey guys keep going... Don't stop... It really works... Got my transformation and still going.... Keep going guys
My Dr actually has me drinking the shakes to gain weight. I'm extremely underweight. This workout and the shakes have helped me gain 10 lbs
Amazing workout! Very dynamic, exactly what I needed.
how do i stand up
Clinton Ramos lol
I laughed harder than I should have...
xD
hahahaha
Get drunk whilst doing these... You wont know the difference between vertical or perpendicular anymore. Well you might but you won't care.
Dont ever delete this video!!! Been following it for years hhaha perfect workout and got abs after reducing from 300lbs to 183
Tried this earlier and the burn was real 🔥🔥🔥🔥 Loved it!! Officially my fave core workout!
Plank step up into plank walk out is brutal lmao
Yess!! It's the suuuper intense moment within the workout.
I did four step ups and then collapsed like an old card table 😂
Im never doin that are you mmmad😂😂😂😂
Ikr?
AB-solutely lol but yeah I struggle with that part. Plank is fine but once you tell me I have to move while doing it, it becomes a whole other mountain
Guys I rlly recommend this because the first day I did this workout I already felt my core tighten, I’ll keep u guys updated cuz i will do this for about 3 to 6 months🙂
How is it going now?
How is it now?
Howz itt
It’s been a month and I can see changes not drastic, but my posture has definitely gotten better and I feel more strength, and have better durability, and my abs have started to come in but u still can’t c them too well but it’s way better than before when I had a semi pot belly
When it is finished I have an insane satisfaction this is really going to help me this summer
Me: *WHEW* What a good workout, Let me pause the video for a little break, I must be like 9 minutes in.

Thank you. I use this video every morning as my primary and basic core exercises.....
I also do another exercise during plank step ups and another one that requires you to be in plank
Position.
That's supposed to say the back issues WERE a problem before. They are Not anymore !!! Not at all!!!
Valentina Worldwide you must loose wait by diet to even see abs from workout, unless you’re a low enough body fat percentage already
Has this helped your moderate lordosis?
@@Dunstlookalike OMG I can’t believe I didn’t respond I’m so sorry! Yes it has !!! You HAVE to connect mind to muscle and if your lower back cant take something - do an alternative exercise. I actually can now do planks easy! I focused on keeping my back on the floor no matter what!! Actually what triggered my lordosis recently was im now really heavy into weights at the gym and I wasn’t stretching out my back anywhere near enough. tight lower Back and tight Hip Flexors (and weak glutes and back) can lead to massive inflammation down there. So my answer Would be YES it did and I’m even more aware now
Looks like i’ve found my quarantine workout 😂
Yeah, I just did it.
same
Lmaoooooooo I guess we’re all here for that

you will only succeed when u learn to turn your pain into greatness, and until u allow your pain to push you from where you are to where you need to be
...
i've been doing this for a week now and i'm planning on doing it for longer but the more i do it the more i can feel it so i think i'm slowly learning how to do this properly. First time i was like "this is so easy" now that i've did it several times i actually start to feel that it is not easy at all
szolnokinelli your just doing more in the 20 seconds. That’s why it’s so good your always doing more the better you get
I like how specific you are and how you guide us thru every single exercise with precision.
“Pause here if needed” hmmm if needed?! Slight understatement.
She sounds a bit like Sandra Bullock
that's the first thing i noticed. she kinda looks like her too
She's her doppelganger
Hi
I closed my eyes and pictured Sandra Bullock and now I can not unhear it 😂
Thanks .. now I am never going to stop noticing .

The day will come when I will be able to follow this workout as it’s playing. I will also be able to do as many as he’s doing. But, today I feel like I’m dying.
