- It’s hard for me to just eat one of these chewy glutinous rice balls. They are filled with vibrant yellow mung beans mixed with shreds of coconut. This dessert also incorporates fresh potatoes in the dough and it helps crisp up the balls. You’ll want to eat these right out of the fryer before anyone else gets their hands on them.

Originally actually a CHINESE pastry dish , called Jian Dui, its just super common all around southeast asia too. I eat them often in Thailand.
Your content reminds me of Alton Brown! During the early time. Love it!
Would Love to make these.
You didn’t leave a recipe. It’s hard to make this without a recipe. Your recipe is more simple than other people’s recipe. I went into your website and did not see the recipe there. Can you please put the recipe on your website?

So to get the accurate measuring on this recipe i would have to sign up which did and still can not find this specific recipe on there. Am I missing something?
Are you adding this reprice back onto your website? There’s quite a few I’m not able to find. Even after adding my email it won’t show up.
Try making it with red bean or even a piece of Ferraro Roche instead. The chocolate gets a little melty and then you have the delicious hazelnut instead !
What of rice flour do I use?
I don’t see the recipe on your website! 😢
