  • Ingredients:
    1. 1 Bag sticky rice flour
    2. 1/4 Cup rice flour
    3. 1/4 Cup mashed potato flakes
    4. 1 Tablespoon baking powder
    5. 1/4 Teaspoon salt
    6. 3/4 Cup sugar
    7. 1 Cup water
    8. 1 Cup coconut cream milk, or coconut milk
    9. Some sesame seeds

    Can you use 2 cups coconut milk or cream instead of 1 cup water and 1 cup coconut cream? Also can you prep the dough the night before and fry the next day?

    Will it still if I make it the night before?

      I can make the dough the night before and put it in a zip bag in the refrigerator and make the balls the next day. I would not recommend making the balls to fry the night before and serve the next day. It would get cold and not tasty.

    What's the measurement for sugar? It's not listed in your ingredients.

      Hi Rachel, my error for missed listing the sugar. I used 3/4 cup of sugar for this recipe. If you like more sweet, you can increase amount of sugar. Thanks.
