I think the only reason that someone could dislike this video is pure, childlike, irredeemable envy....either that or they just like to watch the world burn. Words can't really do justice to the precision and beauty of the sounds that he makes with that guitar.
I really enjoy Igor's videos not only because of his skills... but because of the soul. You can feel the emotions in his songs. What I really dislike about Sungha Jung, he plays but it lacks emotions. I don't want to shred solos, all I want is to play with my heart and when I can't do that, I mov on. If you aren't touched by your own playing, you should move on. it's not only about the technique. The more soul you put into your playing, the better you will get playing.
A fantastic song played in a way I've never seen: original, passionate and technically flabbergasting... It made me unshelve my Takamine 12-string electro-acoustic and make a go for it. After one month trying to implement Igor's technique, I'm very happy having arrived at 10% of his level.
Been sitting on the fence thinking about extending my skills to a 12 string guitar. Igor makes the decision a very clear yes. Thank you sir, I salute you!
