Hey my friend, awesome tutorial! Quick question: when you're color grading, do you opt for "DJI D-Gamut" as the color space and "DJI D-Log" as the gamma during the color transform process? And for the codec, do you opt for h264 or h265 ?
Hi there. I'm not an expert in color grading. First i convert the footage to Rec.709 and then i do the color grading to get the result which i want. I use h265.
I will definetly try these settings. I have the v2 goggles. These settings are what you tmrecord right? Can you also change the transmission settings? For lowest possible fps and latency?
Hi there. I never tried to play with transmission settings. i don't do much free style, so latency is ok for me. The settings are for the recording, yes.
I just built my 1st 6s 5 inch freestyle quad and put my first o3 air unit in it. I only have 1 6s battery right now so I just test flew it, but the problem I had was my V2 goggles didn't record the DVR from the air unit. If I go into the settings and have it play Last Image Before Video Loss, I get the last about 10 or 20 seconds of video before I disarmed at the end of the flight. When I plug the Air Unit into USB-C on my computer I get the folders where the video should be, but the folders are empty. Do you know if this is a problem with the V2 DJI goggles? It looks like you have the Goggles 2 and not the older V2 goggles, so you may not have this problem.
Hi. As you mentioned i have Goggles 2 so i don’t know where the problem can be. I don’t hear about such issue like you have and i’m pretty sure thatvit should record DVR.
@@LifeofAccro It's just working now. I don't know why it wasn't working right in the first place. Now my problem is trying to figure out how to get the lowest latency with the V2 goggles. Do you know of a camera setting with the V2 goggles that gives you the lowest latency?
So, the video feed recorded onboard the O3 air unit and the video feed displayed in the goggles are separate, correct? For instance, if I set the recording to 4K at 24fps onboard, the goggles will always display at 1080p with a full 100Hz refresh rate, right?
I try to set the sharpness and noise reduction options but it won't let me select I also can't set the quality to 2.7k at 30 frames, it's as if those options were blocked. Has anyone had this happen to them? Do they know what I should do?
I find the O3 normal color profile to work best with +0.3 or +0.7 exposure depending on the time of day. It tends to under expose the shadows so this solved that.
One Question cause I cant seem to find out : Is it possible to make photos during flight with the remote (same as if you would use the avata) ! Thanks for your answer :-)

Hi mate! Working with auto ISO is a challenge due to the exposure changes you mentioned. I also fly a lot with manual ISO, but only in very specific conditions, where i know the light won't change that much.
