  • Do light skinned black women have skin color privilege? The answer is yes! And while we tend to think about people being judged by the color of their skin, as “Racism” the truth is the “colorism” exists both inside and outside the black community. How so? Watch the episode to find out.

Same with the children: it's like a 60% chance (or maybe higher) that any girl will be biracial, whereas all the sons will be clearly fully black or at least dark-skinned: Cosby Show, My Wife and Kids, Fresh Prince, etc. It's like saying black females - whether 5 years old or a grown woman - are acceptable to put on the screen only if they're not fully black. But boys/men? Almost always black.

Tina Guidry Please notice that satan is using temporary things and problems to distract people from the true problems which are the spiritual and everlasting problems about hell and the lake of fire which are the consequences of sin.
All the black people that have died where are they now. The majority of the ones in hell are shouting and saying, please JESUS forgive me my sins please let me go back to the earth and repent and follow you in holiness. They are crying and want to get out of hell. But it is too late for them. Instead of pursuing the everlasting peace, things and glory in heaven and the new indescribable, beautiful, Heavenly earth, they were pursuing earthly peace, glory and things which are temporary things that don’t last. Things that they are going to leave behind when they die. They failed their purpose on earth which is to live holy and worship God and believe in his son all our lives so that our sins can be forgiven for we are created to worship and live in fellowship with GOD so that we can be with him in heaven and for all eternity.
While the ones in heaven are happy forever for they fulfilled their purpose on earth. Now what about you ? are you going to be making the same mistake that those in hell fire made ?
Please the bible said if you hear the voice of God calling you today, do not harden your heart. Let today be the day of salvation for you. Tomorrow might be too late. JESUS SAID, for God so love the world that he gave his only begotten son so that whoever believes in him will not perish but have everlasting life.
The bible also said in Romans 10:9, if you confess with your mouth that JESUS is lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you shall be saved.
Repent of your sins and beg JESUS in prayer to forgive your sins and be your lord and savior and be baptized and make restitution, then GOD will forgive and save you from The end of the world and the end of the universe, where God will send fire down from heaven to the earth, to consume and destroy the whole universe, the whole earth, all people, houses, cars, mountains, everything on earth and the universe will be melted by the fire. and God will also save you from hell fire after death and the lake of fire, where all unrepentant sinners will be thrown on judgment to be destroyed and separated from God forever. You will then be given everlasting happy life in heaven and the new indescribable, beautiful, Heavenly earth that will be revealed after judgment day. After satan and his demons had been thrown into the lake of fire.
Come to Yahushua Jesus now, for after death, it is too late.
What i have written here is from the Bible.

Your complexion is absolutely stunning. As a mixed race woman I can relate, that I often get complimented on my looks that a lot of times bad talk darker skinned people. Like, it’s good you don’t have the Afro hair, be glad you’re not very dark, or your beautiful having your mom’s facial features(she’s Dutch/Italian). And also getting negative comments like having an extra belly, big thighs and being too muscular, and made it obvious they meant things I inherited from dad(African American). It’s just so unfair, to both sides of the spectrum. Making me feel like I’m not white enough, black people either think I’m pretty or too whitewashed or whatever, and making comments about black people not having good features and body types. I believe every person is beautiful and should be treated as such. Thank you for making this video ❤

I look at these videos and I see these women who all so beautiful and it really makes me sad how not only we have to defend our worth to other races but also to our selves. I always known this was a thing but I never really realized how much. I’ve had this friend that I’ve known since 3rd grade who is dark skin. And you guys she gorgeous. And when I say gorgeous I mean model skinny with the most beautiful eyes, perfect skin and a fashion sense is just to die for. I was so jealous of her and insecure with myself, as I was bigger (not over weight but could def loose a few pounds), and no one really liked me that much. We stayed friends over the year and as I got into high school I really came into myself. I gained more confidence and along with that more friends. But in that time we both ended up going through a really hard time during sophomore year, my mom had just died, and her clinical depression ( that she had for a while) started to reach it’s peak. During this time she would express to me how unsure she really was with her self. The two main things that she was insure about was her skin complexion and her nose. I never notice just how insecure she was about these thing I always saw her as so pretty and you guys she REALLY is. Honestly it’s not hard to figure out why she felt this way now as there is a lack of people in the main stream media with her skin tone while there are way more light skinned girl not only being featured but portrayed in a more positive light. This is a very sad truth in the black community that needs to be fixed because all of our skin tones are equally beautiful and worthy. ❤️

    What is Privilege????
    1) Privilege is wearing $200 sneakers when you’ve never had a job.
    2) Privilege is wearing $300 Beats headphones while living on public assistance.
    3) Privilege is having a Smartphone with a Data plan, which you receive no bill for.
    4) Privilege is living in public subsidized housing where you don’t have a utility or phone bill and where rising property taxes, rents and energy costs have absolutely no effect on the amount of food you can put on your table, which is largely covered by Government Food Stamps.
    5) Privilege is having free health insurance for you and your family that's paid for by working taxpayers who often can't afford proper health coverage for their own families.
    6) Privilege is having multiple national organizations promoting and protecting just your race alone -- that are subsidized by federal tax dollars.
    7) Privilege is having access to a national college fund that supports only one race.
    8) Privilege is having a television network that supports only one race.
    9) Privilege is having most of the media news networks refuse to cover incidents wherein one race (one-eighth of the population) commits 50% of the crimes.
    10) Privilege is the ability to go march against, and protest against anything that triggers you, without worrying about calling off from work and the consequences that accompany such.
    11) Privilege is having as many children as you want, regardless of your employment status, and be able to send them off to daycare or pre-school you don’t pay for.
    12) Privilege is being able to vote in many states without showing a driver's license, voter ID card or other credentials -- just because your race claims they should be exempt from such requirements.
    13) Privilege is being able to riot, loot, commit arson and tear down historic monuments without consequences -- just because you don't like folks such as Columbus, U. S. Grant or even Lincoln.
    14) Privilege is being able to get into almost any college of your choosing based on your race, not your grades or merit.
    15) Privilege is having most of your life paid for by the working men and women who DO HAVE TO DEAL WITH RISING TAXES AND COSTS! you know, those you now call “PRIVILEGED.”

    • @Jas6892
      @Jas6892 3 года назад +1

obviously, there are different types of privilege. whites and Asians benefit from racial privilege, light skins benefit from colorism, males benefit from sexism, etc. But anyways, let me put you in check
      1. if you're referring to black people wearing sneakers, yes we do have jobs, or we get it as a gift, but even then, most of us don't wear 200 dollar sneakers, just because you see it on the internet doesn't mean it happens all the time. but a lot of teens start getting sneakers because thats when they start getting a job, and are able to buy their own things.
      2. whos living on public assistance? and also, beat headphones are also popular in white ppl too, just look at all the gamers on the internet right now.
3.thats not really a privilege, because, about 67% of the world has a phone. and it's growing
4.who doesn't have a utility or phone bill? also, 9 million blacks get food stamps, so it's not the majority of us, and even then, you do realize, it's way harder for black people to earn money? to get jobs? plus a lot of black households do not have fathers, so they do not have another income coming in.
      5. I don't know about you, but most black people get healthcare because of their job plans.
      6. we do face more oppression and disadvantages, and those groups were created by US because no one else would help us
      7. that college fund doesn't apply to only black people, but anyway, if you look back to what I said, you should see that black people aren't as wealthy as white people.
8.what television network do we have that only supports one race? BET? last time I checked there are multiple white characters (not main characters unless their friends) there. and yall do have your own television network, just because it doesn't say "white entertainment network" does not mean it doesn't exist. plus i think you would notice that there are barely any shows that have black main characters unless they're yellow and biracial.
9.when does the media refuse to cover that? I can show you liked thousands of examples of this, also it's 27% of crime and there are less than 1 million black people who committed those crimes. so you can't blame our whole entire race when there are more than 2 billion of us.
      10. anyone can protest injustice, and I'm sorry, is dying unjustly not enough of an excuse for people, black people have been dying by police since slave patrol started, and when we finally do something about it, and we get called violent? okay, bud. and who says we don't get consequences, most of the people who died and got hurt were black people in that protest, and the cops started being violent.
      11. anyone can have as many children they want unless you live in china. and who gets free child care? who gave only black kids free child care? id love to see a link to this. plus, a lot of black mothers have 2-3 jobs, sometimes more.
      12. now that right there is just false
      13. um- what? like most of the people there were arrested, shot, tazed, gased, or tracked down. and face bad treatment. and anyway, most riots were started by cops anyway, so blame the guys in blue. and black people have been peaceful for the longest, it's about time we actually do something, because peaceful protest didn't do anything. plus, that isn't a privilege because it wasn't just us doing it, and only 7% of the protest were violent. and don't make me get started on the protest white people started, and yall also did the white lives matter protest
14.SINCE WHEN- that is completely false, maybe community colleges
      15. most of our lives aren't paid for unless you're talking about our parents. but we don't call our parents privileged.

    • @Jas6892

look at this link : interactioninstitute.org/illustrating-equality-vs-equity/

It wasn’t intentional but when I think back, most of the time when I went to parties, malls and other places, I’d bring my dark skinned friends and I would get the most attention, from all races. (For context, I’m light skinned, have green eyes but I’m not mixed). Like I said it wasn’t intentional, I did it because I felt like it would make us feel more manly and tough. Now that I started to notice these things, I’m going to try to stop and think about it.
It’s not really my fault when I think about it. Dark skinned/ Lightskinned girls prefer lighter guys, so it would be instilled in us to get with lighter women to have lighter offspring, it’s just instinct.

Edit: To the people acting pressed, Please don't subscribe to the racist 1960's rhetoric of the one drop rule of being considered black. Being 25% black doesn't make you just "black". That's the racist idea people would use to justify enslaving mixed people and deny rights. Moreover, this issue leads to black women and men being represented by white-passing, bi-racial faces. This is not up for debate. You don't call someone who is half black half latina as just latina; you represent both halves of their heritage by recognizing them as an afro-latina. If recognizing a mixed White, Latina, and Black person (aka Mariah Carey) as mixed, is a problem to you, you are NOT an ally to our community. I highly recommend you RUclips why calling non-black/mixed people just "black" is a problem.

Beautifully Bree Black people should Stop fighting to receive temporary glory, honors and recognition on earth, by talking about ancient egypt. The bible made it clear that righteous christian people who were despised and beaten, who suffered terrible insults on earth, will receive a higher glory and happiness in heaven than those who suffered less. While those who made them suffer will end up in hell fire after death and will be thrown into the lake of fire on judgment day if they don’t repent of sinning and believe in Jesus. So why don’t black people fight to live holy as followers of Jesus so that they can inherit eternal life in heaven and the new indescribable, beautiful, Heavenly earth where there is no more pain, sorrow, crying, suffering, hunger, thirst, sickness and death only everlasting happiness.
But black people and other people who reject Jesus and are suffering, are suffering in vain, for after death, they will end up in hell and will be transferred into the lake of fire on judgment day together with satan and demons to be destroyed and separated from God forever.
Because suffering does not cover up sins. When someone sins, he breaks the commandment and law of God. A law breaker must be punished. All his suffering cannot cover it up. And the punishment for breaking GOD’S law and commandment is death. For the Bible said the soul that sins shall die.
The Bible also said, the payment for sin is death. But the gift of God is everlasting life through Jesus Christ our lord.
That was why Jesus whose hebrew name is Yahushua who is also the divine son of God, left heaven and came to this earth in human form through the virgin mary to pay for our sins by suffering, bleeding, was beaten, insulted, was spit upon, was nailed to the cross and died on the cross. But on the third day after his death, God his heavenly father raised him up from the dead. And after he had appeared to his disciples and other followers who were his eyewitnesses to assure them that he had come back to life, he ascended back to heaven and sat at the right hand side of God his father.
That was how Jesus paid for our sins so that whoever repents of his sins and believes all these truths about him, and begs him in prayer to forgive his sins and be his lord and savior and is baptized in water, and forgive those who wronged him and apologize to those he wronged, and make restitution, will be forgiven and saved from hell fire and the lake of fire.
And will be given everlasting life in heaven and the new indescribable, beautiful, Heavenly earth. And when Jesus whose hebrew name is Yahushua returns the second time, to take the holy christians out of this world to heaven, he will take you with them. And Jesus is coming soon. As it is Written in the bible, he will first of all send many natural disasters as signs to warn mankind that his return to earth is near and also to warn people that the end of the world is near, when he will destroy the whole earth with fire and that judgment day is near. Before God destroy the earth with fire raining down on the earth from heaven, and before judgment day, he will first of all send many natural disasters, earthquakes, floods, famines, pestilences, distress of nations, with perplexity, etc as signs to warn mankind that his returning to the earth is near and that the end is near when he will destroy the whole earth with fire that rains down from heaven to the whole earth and that judgment day is near. Look around the world and see that all the signs of the end have already started to happen now.
Therefore we should repent of our sins which includes, pride, gambling, sexual immorality, lust, smoking, drinking, partying, clubbing, flirting, tattoos, drugs, emulation, violence, indecency, cursing, hatred, using the title GOD and the name of his son JESUS as curse words which is called blasphemy and is a terrible sin, if you are a female, stop wearing makeup, bleaching of skin, relaxation of hair, curling of hair, wigs, artificial eyelashes and nails, ornaments, trousers, short skirt, high heels, half naked dressing or tight dressing. Many Christians said JESUS told them that those who are guilty of any of these will end up in hell. And also stop gossiping, slander, lying, stealing, greed, cheating, bribe, fornication, adultery, which includes, divorced for any other reason except unfaithfulness, and then married someone else, while one’s former partner is still alive. must not commit incest; which is, unlawful and forbidden sexual relations between siblings, or other close relatives. jealousy, covetousness, fighting, quarreling, prejudice, injustice, malice, selfishness, disobedience to parents, must not disrespect, curse, nor insult one’s parents, nor one’s elders. Vanity, not helping others, not giving to the needy, magic, witchcraft, necromancy, idolatry and murder, which includes birth control and abortion. and stop doing to others what we don't want others to do to to us. And beg Jesus for forgiveness now for after death it is too late.
What i have written here is from the Bible.
