I think one of the greatest benefits of wrist rollers is the fact it’s probably the most effective wrist extensor exercise, which can be awesome if you have elbows that are giving you trouble!
I hang my hands over a barbell while holding the arms out in front. It is the best of both worlds because you can get a nice long roll each repetition but it does not strain the shoulders.
You should’ve done it with straight arms and supinated biceps. Makes it a lot more strict and it isometrically trains your arms and shoulders. Hope this helps
No, straight arms are big mistake. This is a forearm exercise not front delt one. Also can put some pressure on your elbows. It doesn't get more strict by doing that, literally 0 benefits
If you need a great wrist roller check out the one from GD:

How many reps are you doing within your two sets?
@@chrismr35 How ever many it takes to get the bag to the top of the rope.

Definitely didn't bother the elbows at all :)
I think I have tendonitis around the elbows from over-doing cleans. I was told that forearm work would help to help correct and prevent that.
@@ThievesInTheTreasureRoom they do, if u dont have a wrist roller you can roll up a towel & rotate back n' forth
These feel great on the elbows as well !
True that!
Looking big my guy! 🔥🔥🔥

@@john-atallah after joining that my forearm is like a burning for few seconds

@@john-atallah I decided to Everyday two set one for the morning and one set for the evening always for ten years
Tip do not hold it straight out it affects more of your shoulders than forearms
Too late :)
@@john-atallah I made my own wrist roller at home and I get a good pump in my brachialis muscle

You mean like a upright row stance? Atleast slightly?

I'm curious what your results would have been had you done maybe 5 set to failure each day.
That would have been a lot for me.
