  • Make this east 2 ingredient fudge in about 5 minutes! I've made strawberry fudge for Valentine's Day but you can make a variety of other flavors for other holidays and occasions. Head over to the blog post for a chart with ingredients for several other flavors!

    2-Ingredient Fudge
    Makes 1 pound
    Ingredients
    16 ounces lemon frosting, canned frosting
    11 ounces white chocolate chips
    Instructions
    Line a baking dish with parchment paper or aluminum foil sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
    Set aside.
    Add the white chocolate chips and frosting to a microwave safe mixing bowl.
    Microwave at 15 second intervals stopping and stirring between each interval, until white chocolate chips are completely melted.
    Stir together until completely mixed.
    Quickly spread in an 8x8 baking dish.
    Top with sprinkles if desired.
    Chill for 30 minutes to an hour, or until firm.
    Remove from the pan and cut into squares.
    Store in refrigerator - fudge is better the second day.

    If you would turn your pan over and shape your foil to the back side of your pan first then just turn your pan over and sit the formed foil into the pan. I will definitely try this and the orange one.

    Thought of 4th of July Fudge ~ White Frosting & Chips with Red & Blue Sprinkles. ~ ~ Autumn could be Orange with brown Sprinkles..~ It is Endless once You gave me the idea. THANKS!!.

    I heat the frosting in the microwave too and it has the same result

    could you microwave the frosting before adding to the chocolate? love that i dont have to have the condensed milk! thank you for posting!

    You dont need frosting.
    Use chocolate and sweetened condensed milk makes fudge too

    Nice and easy but would like to make a comment.
    Why not mix the 2 ingredients in the bowl then microwave. Plus it looks as though you used a 9x13" glass pan..to get a thicker fudge, use a 9x9" pan to get a nice thick piece and they do not have to be cut more than 1" square. Just my observation. Wax paper, or even plastic wrap work well too in dish...can't wait to make this Sunday tyvm

      If you mix the two ingredients before melting the chocolate you run a risk of it seizing up - especially if you're not used to working with chocolate. You must have missed the part about me saying not to use a 13x9 inch pan and that I was using an 9x7-inch pan.
