Yummmmmmmmm! Thank you so much for sharing this recipe and for taking the time to create this excellent instructional video! This will be my contribution to our Christmas Eve Family Get Together! Perhaps I should bake two of them and keep one for myself! (wicked grin)
Do you think it could be possible to make a keto poppy seed roll? My grandmother used to always make it for the holidays and I feel like it would be possible but I have no idea how to even start with converting the recipe!
Hello PSPC... I have no problem converting the filling, however the nice texture of the sweet bread that makes part of the poppy roll is still something I haven't mastered. I will give it a try over the holidays, and if it is even reasonable, I will post it and let you know. So far I have mastered flatbreads, pitas, buns and rolls, but I am not happy with my bread recipes yet, but I really like your suggestion - I grew up with having poppy seed rolls and a Croatian walnut roll (Orahnjaca) as well, and miss both of them very much. Thank you very much for your suggestion - it bought back great memories. Merry Christmas and all the best for 2019!
@@KetoMealsandRecipes Ahh good luck on the bread adventure! You are too sweet and I'd love to see what you can come up with (no pressure though!!). Hope your holidays go well!~
