@@Ppw1982 hello there, I only use 96 g (not sure what is in cup terms)of coconut sugar or monke fruit if available, and also make the raspberry jam without any sugar, it is a devine treat, expensive but devine! Oh no now I want 😫 I hope this is of service to you!

If we add Flaxseed flour to almond flour for nutritional purposes, do you foresee any impact on the texture/moisture? 3. Finally, for the ganache, have you tried heating only the cream and then mixing with room temp chocolate?

@@heathers4961 it is weight ounces not fluid ounce (volume). One ounce almond flour weighs 28.35 grams. Try using about 200 grams almond flour.
