Very true! Tyler always gave Jagger vibes, but I never thought about Freddie until I saw this performance, some mannerisms very similar to early Mercury. After all both bands released their debut albums in the same year.

I remember thinking how bad ass music had gotten, from Led Zeppelin to Metallica to Jane’s Addiction, and wondering, man, how’s the future generations gonna top this? How much more bad ass can you get? Then it all stopped:( Feel bad for the following generations missing out on having good music to rock out to. I guess it’s to be expected. Because of no computers and internet, we were bored. So bored, that we actually had to find things to do and explore. Music being one of those things.

Bingo! That's why people are "amazed, dumbfounded etc." about the Stones (Like ROSmth one of the bands about who you refer)and their "magical" new singles.
Strip away all or some of the gizmotic "essentiality" that has made recorded music
something akin to tonal "Crisco Oil":since 1983
and Wowsa! This is incredible! It's downright revolutionary! Voices and instruments, from humans only and the sound causes goosebumps and chills down the spine? It"s verifiable evidently.
      It's brilliant. True genius!😂😂.
1970's ROSmth's sound was the most unaltered of all the Rock acts, and
they reached top of the heap
      and stayed there.
You can hear the picks hitting the strings and the point of impact when sticks hit drums ànd cymbals.😅
Music like everything else is cyclical . Maybe recording live will become a trend again.
I'd love, to have that need to bolt to a record shop and purchase the song that just blew me away on the radio. Just one more time before I croak!😂 👍🎶

In the 80s the album “Pump” they were at their peak as well. After that “Get a Grip” was pretty awesome. The guitar work from Joe and Brad on “eat the rich”, “living on the Edge”, “crazy”, “amazing” etc..was second to none. They had moments of greatness on “nine lives” as well.
