Todayyyy I have on a very special guest...my little brother! He almost has the same brain as me, not only bc we have the same humor but he also has been diagnosed with OCD so we talk all about his experience with it!
I ask him about his obsession’s and fears, his favorite therapy tools, his least favorite pieces of advice he’s gotten, when OCD popped up, and much more!!
