I'm having a slight problem. I do everything correctly, but upon reaching the "Normal" part, my character's hand and body just goes black. Everything else is fine, but the right hand and torso are black. Any solutions?
that's totally normal (no pun intended), the faces being black are just them facing the direction that is visualized as black, nothing out of the ordinary
What about animations? Sure i wont do this to every single frame, right? And is there a way to make most of things with shading? Bec id like to use blender for everything
Js for some background, I’m a skin artist and have been playing mc for about 8 yrs. So now that that’s out of the way, you just want to pick colors that complement each other (colors on the opposite side of the color wheel or close by) which could be like orange and blue. Those colors that you just picked are the main colors and will be used for different clothing. Now for the most difficult part, you want to shade correctly. Think about it like you are putting dark colors, a darker version of the one main color that we talked about above, where the sun doesn’t really hit too well. The lighter go on where the sun would hit, which is the elbows, knees, or really anywhere that your body curves outwards. Another tip is to watch jingles (ik it’s another ytber, but she talks a bit about where to place stuff to where it looks nice)
You can combine some of the passes with blender's compositor but painting the highlights and shadows, doing an emboss filter etc, that's more flexible to do with an image editor. as for doing this with animations, i haven't experimented with that yet

sick asf
how can i add, for example, an apple to the character's head so that it moves with the head
And i can't change my comment
Interesting, so instead of making the shader in Blender you just made everything by separate and then fused them in Photoshop xD
Nice pose
muito bom, adorei
Why on last version of blender normal (6:39) don't like your normal
Awesome, sub 51. I think that this might be a video that gets lots of views.

Is it possible to achieve a similar result directly in blender? In order to immediately animate this
