Her music was a big part of my life from the 70's to the present..whenever i made my music list to listen there was at least one song by her on it..RIP Christine
Same here!! I have adored her since 1977 and followed her and FM ever since. When I watch these videos mourning her passing, I tear up all over again. This is to much to bear. She is probably quite pleased and maybe a little surprised at the outpouring, given she was so private and shy. RIP, lovely Songbird.
She was just ridiculously talented. Singing, piano, songwriting....she could do it all as good as anyone ever has. She wrote about half of the songs which appear on the greatest hits album. There will never be another one like her.

I’m so sad, she was such a huge pillar of light during my younger years in the 70’s. The Rumors album was a memory that still burns so bright today. Thank you Christine!! ❤️

To us kids of the 70's Fleetwood Mac was always there. Christine's voice was our lullaby, first love songs basically the beautiful soundtrack to our lives. RIP Songbird we love you very much.

I was born in '73 and FM was some of the earliest music I remember. Their songs are interwoven through so many of my memories. Such a loss.
I'm a 1968 model. People don't realize how big Fleetwood Mac was back then.

When I saw the commercial for the new Chevrolet EV and heard the young people singing Christine's song it made me smile. The next time I see it I'm afraid I'll cry.

Her music and Fleetwood Mac played a huge part in my teenage years
McVie used to frequent a lounge in Malibu (Trancas) that I bartended at in the early 80's. Mick also used to go there and would sit in with the bands. Back when Mick almost lost it all to cocaine. They were all getting wasted. Trancas was the go to spot for Malibu local celebrities. The stories I could tell.🎸🎸Fun memories from my younger years. RIP Christine ♥

Christine emanated hope and love in her songs which contrasted the mysterious lyrics of others in the band. She was the balance between confidence and vulnerability that the band projected in all of its songs, which truly makes Fleetwood Mac a masterpiece band. God Bless her soul, she will surely be prized at Heavan's gates.

Christine mcvie was a class act. Especially when she let it be known she had nothing to do with the cruel booting out of Lindsay Buckingham from the band, mostly via Ms Nicks. Her message was loud and clear, without going low end about it. Hence a classy lady .
She was technically a way better singer than Stevie, and wrote some of the greatest hits for the band, and truly beautiful songs.
I hope the surviving band members realize now how short life truly is and it's not worth petty bickering in the end. Buckingham/mcvie album was great; the music just flows. There could have been ALOT of hits off that album for Fleetwood Mac. Now, it's to late. Treasure the people in your life, even the ones you had falling out with. Always remember the good times, and never take anyone, nor life for granted.. we're really only here for such a short time

Im 36 and as long as i can remember, Fleetwood has always been playing in the background, Christine's voice following me through life. one of those bands, that's soo good, you don't realize exactly how many of their songs you know, and it surprises you to find out, well, you know almost all of them. When i think unique talent, that really transcends, Fleetwood comes to mind. A perfect example of extraordinary, wonderful talents coming together and flawlessly expressing emotions and concepts, like it was destiny, their legacy, in time, already secured, long before they ever even picked up an instrument. Fleetwood Mac is one of those things that just is, like the sun, and i couldn't imagine it any other way, can you?

Although Christine has relocated her residency to Heaven, and is still singing with the angels where she truly belongs. All of us fan's throughout the universe can forever have Christine in our hearts, to be with us, and us to be with her "Everywhere". ❤️
One of my friend who name looks like Christine Mc Vie. Her name is Stephanie. She was my champion. I miss Christine cause she is down to earth. Christine was to Fleetwood Mac like George Harrison to the Bettles. The World such an great motivator.
Christine McVie aka Perfect in every sense of the word. I personally had the pleasure and privilege of seeing Fleetwood Mac 3 times in three different decades in my life. Her unique voice and the way she performed was sheer poetry in motion. She is and was the quintessential musician . Once in a lifetime. "if there 's a rock-n-roll heaven, well you know they've got a hell of a band" make room Christine she has arrived with her Hohner Piant N II electric piano.

Christine was my favorite member of Fleetwood Mac. She was so prolific, her songs were so beautiful, but she was never a "spotlight hog." I was lucky enough to see FM (complete with Christine) a few years ago.

Christine McVie ❤️🔥…..yes she was a real gem….many nights in the 1970’s …I would play “songbird” and my heart would burst….she was giving me the courage to really love myself deeply (I was taught at an early age that that was very selfish)……but she had this lyric where she said “But most of all I give it from myself” ……and that lit a fire 🔥 in me to saturate the pain I was feeling over a failed love affair and to return that loved lost …back to myself….and for that kind gesture…she healed me❤️🔥

These days we are seeing more and more people in the entertainment pass away. Some don't move us a lot n their passing , but this one is truly sad and with all of me I just want to say NO , please not sweet Chrissy . My hope, my greatest prayer is she is with Jesus in heaven and praying for God to bring comfort to all those who loved her. She was 10 years older than me, she had a beautiful life and touched so many of us with her amazing music .
If the surviving members of Fleetwood Mac ever decide to do a tribute to Christine, I would suggest a gal , I don't know her name, however she plays keyboard and sings Christine's part in a tribute band called Rumours of Fleetwood Mac. This band is from England and hands down the BEST Mac tribute band ever. They sound EXACTLY like them. I found them on RUclips. Please folks, check them out. Guaranteed you'll love them!
