    There is Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS) - perhaps you have covered that and I missed it. They are using some of the above substances AND have added H1 inhibitors (antihistamines) eg cetirizine hydrochloride, to control mast cells. Another study I saw looked at Interstitial Cystitis, Irritable Bowel etc, and found the culprits were histamine, bradykinin and heparin. Some of that would be mast cell, maybe all, but they did not venture into OTC substances that might help. There were also resident bacteria - a form of e-coli - living in the bladder wall that did not leave using typical antibiotics at usual dosage and time frames. I had heard before that bacteria set up in the bladder walls. I had also read that schistosme worms cover themselves with host bacteria to protect themselves from the immune system. While schistosomal infection is not considered a serious contented in northern climates, I wonder about the people who have come in contact with aquarium water which has a variety of snails from tropical countries and may also sneak in on plants sold for aquarium use.
    I have raised tropical fish and numerous types of snails for 59 years.
    The mechanism for IC seemed to be repeated infections leading to over-reaction and chronic activity of mast cells.

Less than 24 hrs and the skin irritation totally subsided. Both the surface gel and a course of tablets. It’s actually human stuff and can be found at our chemists as well. Used the gel on mums inflamed knee today - will be interesting to see if it helps.

    Off topic, I read that RUclips is going to delete videos on COVID as misinformation. Are these videos saved like the one with you and Dr Marik and more. Excuse any typos I'm in low light. Can they be moved to another site?;

    How do we know which pathways are really activated? Getting a blood test for each of the factor could be difficult. What should be the starting point from medical point of view?

      You are correct that it's a potent antioxidant. I left the antioxidants out for another talk. The interventions in this talk are inflammatory path modulators.

    I take symbicort which is cortisteriod for asthma but i read you shouldn't take ibuprofen type medicine because of bleeding. My muscles ache all over after activity so going to try some of these supplements. Not sure what category I fall into.

    Doc, thanks for this video. Can you please show evidence that resveratrol is beneficial to humans and affects those pathways? I've seen studies that resveratrol may have an effect for yeast, but not for humans.

    Inflammation is a response to something causing the reaction. All the usual suspects should be considered, intake of offending chemicals in food and water are first on the list.
